B&B L'EDEN

I have spend the night on the way to Sicily: a very pleasant surprise this VILLA on side street near the centre of Montecassino. Excellent room facilities and very kind staff. I do recommend as a base for staying in Montecassino and exploring the region.

I think B & B Eden may be a lovely place to stay in season, when there is staff onsite. The house and grounds were lovely. There was free parking and the host texted a suggestion for a restaurant for us to get dinner. Though the name of this accommodation was "B & B", it did not include breakfast. We self-checked in, and the place felt cold and a little abandoned. We booked 2 rooms, which the listing said each had their own private bathroom. In fact, it was a shared bathroom between the rooms. That was ok, but should have been listed that way. The electric teapot in our room was missing the teapot (only had the heating element). The heating was hard to figure out; there were no instructions. I think if there had been staff onsite to welcome us, show us around and problem solve these minor issues, it may have felt different.

The host is really kind, supportive, and responsive any time. The view from the balcony is stunning. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. The shower room is very tiny and it is not easily accessible for the physically challenged people as there is no elevator.

I appreaciated effective and friendly communication with the owner, very easy self-Check in and available to help. The location is super calm and the room comfortable.

It was very beautiful with an amazing view! The rooms did not lock so any other guest could have accessed our room at anytime. Completely unsafe.

One of the gems of staying in Cassino was the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony , which made our stay even more worthwhile. It convinced us to come back next time for a longer visit just to enjoy the peacefulness.

Very nice house and located in convenient place on city of Cassino. Personel was very friendly and responded very fast every time. In case you have heavy luggage this is better to book a room na ground floor.

Continental breakfast was pastry only. Very good, but we would prefer some sandwiches.

It was very clean, pretty and luxurious. Well located and it smelled super good. They knock our door 15 minutes before the checkout. Breakfast was only a donut and a cupcake.

Very beautiful building and garden. Perfect view. Very polite and cheerful staff. Tasty cupcakes. Poor breakfast, just a couple of sweets, juice and espresso. Not cappuccino, nor decaffeinated. We were not informed about the beautiful garden that was behind the building. We saw it just before leave. The air-conditioning wasn't strong enough for the really warm night. The room needs some upgrades.
