It was absolutely stunningly beautifully located and secluded, but yet not too far out of the city. The property was very clean presentable. They give you a key for your room and for the electricity when you use it, but in order to lock the door once you’re inside, you have to take it out of the electricity so you have to use the light on your phone in order to lock your door then you put the key back into electricity It wasn’t a huge inconvenience. It was just different..

Relaxing place with a wonderful view of the harbor & Mt. Vesuvius. Also, the pool was a bonus.Breakfast sufficient. We were always greeted with a smile each morning over coffee. Johanna at the reception desk was wonderful! Very friendly, pleasant, & very accommodating. The drive up the hill to the accommodation.

The staff was very helpful and kind and the location is great. Great breakfast too. The road getting there was a little narrow for nervous drivers.

the support of the personnel, the breakfast, the parking, The restaurant was quite distant

Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection, even including eggs which is rare for Italy! The view of Mt Vesuvius from the breakfast room was an added bonus! The room that we were given was not the room with a sea view that I booked. It was outdated and worn with too much tacky gold for our taste. It felt like an overpriced motel. The drive up the hill from town was a single car width. The well-reviewed restaurant adjacent to the hotel was closed because we happened tobbe staying there on a Tuesday night, which meant that we had to drive the treacherous driveway again to go into town for dinner. On the plus side, that meant that we found Taverna Milo in the old town of Castellammare di Stabia, which ended up being one of the best restaurants of our trip to Italy.

The B&B has a nice view. Breakfast was including many options like eggs and bacon, and some bread/cake options. Relative good space in the room (3 person room) Old furnished room. We had ants in the room. The shower door did not close well. The towels were not drying well. The B&B was not able to make hot water for tea (was cold). Staff English level is very limited. The drive up to the B&B is very narrow. With our rental car (Peugeot 3008) the car sensors were going in red on both sites when we drove to and from the B&B- which was not pleasant. The pool was not heated or covered - so was extremely cold even though air temperature (end Oct) was 24 degrees. Swim in ocean at the city beach the temperature was ok.

Welcoming. It has an incredible view over the city. Reasonable breakfast. Access to get to the accommodation is not good at all

Clean comfortable accommodation with fabulous views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Breakfast was decent. Set us up for the day. Hot and cold options. There's a family run restaurant adjacent to the premises. Delicious food and wine. They acutally produce their own wine also. Very reasonably priced fare. Delicious desserts. And a decent selection of wine. The road to the premises is extremy narrow and a steep.gradient. it wasn't a problem for us but I would definitely recommend car hire. Also there are steep steps up to the restaurant.

I loved the place , the views were fantastic . Nice pool . Very clean . Francesco was the staff really nice and helpful as its up a long steep hill it would be better if you have a car Walking is very steep to hotel

The owners and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Really nice people!! Room very clean. Breakfast was really great. Love the view!!!! Free beach right down the road! This I would recommend to other travelers. Restaurant at the top is really great!! They are really chiefs who care about the people. The road to the place needs to be worked on. Kind of scary. Dogs barking all the time in the neighborhood. AC barely works in Margaret room. Beds and pillows hard as a rock.

Great views over mountain Vesuvius, lovely pool. Nice quiet location set up in the hills. Like others have said the barking dogs from across the valley but all in all very good.

Room was very clean and staff very good. Francesco was FANTASTIC. Always catering to our needs, arranging taxis etc. Some may find the walk to and from the property to the town/station a bit difficult. However, if you don’t mind walking then you should be fine! Alternatively, you can get a taxi which we did a few times!

The room was very clean and attractive with a personal terrace section in front with seating. The view of Vesuvius and the curve of the bay of Naples to Stabia was perfect and so evocative. Breakfast was great. The pool looked very clean and only sad we didn’t get the chance to use it or lounge around it at any time. Walking distance to an associated restaurant which was perfect as it meant one didn’t have to drive into find somewhere. Plus the food was good and again the view was lovely. Some may find the road narrow and steep but it’s worth it for the elevated view of the Bay Area. Traffic busy to Pompei

The hotel had an excellent view. Very relaxing and the restaurant upstairs was one of the best we tried. Also the breakfast was very complete an excellent. The pool area/bar had no staff. the pool was full of guests and we had to walk to the lobby and ask for our drinks who will then take 20 min to get. Having staff in the pool regularly checking will make it a better experience.
