Buona Stella

I have mixed feelings of this place. The owner was very nice, but also very arrogant. When we got a tire puncture in our car, he recommend a place to get it fixed. But he kept making annoying jokes about everything. I felt welcomed and not welcome at the same time. It was strange. The view from the room terrace was amazing. So, this place might work for you if you want an amazing view. But that was the best part for me. Note that the road up to the hotel is VERY narrow. You cannot get up there with a wide car. The dinner food was very good. You are not allowed to bring any food or water from outside. The place is very remote and a 20 minute drive through very narrow streets. So essentially the owner is forcing you to only buy food and drink from their restaurant. I have never stayed at a place like this. If you bring your own wine bottle, you will be charged. The owner was constantly openly smoking in the hotel lobby. It's his place so he can do whatever he wants, but please be considerate of the guests. The room photos show a tiled terrace, but instead there is a tacky fake grass ground. The biggest issue we had is there was a lot of black mold was growing in the shower. It is not good for the health. That should be cleaned.

Exceptional view, very good restaurant on site

It was absolutely gorgeous, the view is insane, food is delicious, service was quick and friendly always. The owner really makes you feel at home and like part of the family. A hidden gem! Absolutely nothing other than maybe the road in but that’s to be expected in that area and the owner is very open and helpful about it!

This place is truly a corner of heaven . The views are breathtaking and the host was excellent .They have good food and they accommodated some special request from us. His home made limoncello is to die for :) .The rooms are gorgeous , clean , romantic and cozy . The drive there was an adventure in itself so please don't do like us and rent a small car instead . But it did ad more fun memories to our trip. I strongly recommend this place . Thank you Emiddio for having us !

The restaurant is amazing! The best we ate in the area. Highly recommend! The focaccia with tomatoes is wow and the ravioli... the wine is great! Breakfast is also good. The host and his family are very nice. There is an organized and convenient parking. The room was clean& nice. I highly recommend for those who want a unique experience, to sleep in a quiet town and not in the city with all the tourists. The location is really good right in the middle of all the tourist locations Getting to the place is a bit challenging. I do think that driving skills are needed or not to be afraid to drive... more signage is needed. Once we got lost and a local really helped us to get there so don't worry! Its worth it

My wife and I recently stayed at Buona Stella B&B in Pimento, Italy, and it was nothing short of perfect. Very beautiful view Had a terrible experience on our first day, when the window from the cabin shower just teared to pieces without being touched. The owner seemed ok with that situation, but after check out, without talking to us, he made a claim to booking to claim the money for the cabin shower. He didn’t even asked us sorry or if we got hurt. All that he cared about was the money. The location was nice, but very far away, you need to rent a small car, no scooter.

The view of the room was amazing, the room was verry clean. Emmidio and his family were the perfect hosts, great service and the food was delicious ( Made by his daughter) Emmidio know how to animate people, verry nice person! always a smile on his face. In the B&B there is also a dog as a guest named BRICHOLA, she is always there and she is just lovely .. please give her lots of love <3. everything was perfect, I have nothing to complain about.

Buona Stella is a little piece of paradise The views are absolutely spectacular , cascading hill side with beautiful homes and villages nestled inside the hillsides met by the beautiful ocean. Buona Stella is picture perfect in every way the B&B is so pretty with a fantastic pool area ( that you will need for cooling off in the Italian heat, indoor restaurant very pretty and outdoor dining terrace beautiful. The rooms are very modern and the cleaning ladies do a fantastic job at cleaning your room beautiful fresh white bedding and towels. The food - don’t dine anywhere else the food that is prepared and cooked each evening by the owners daughter is out of this world, so much love and passion in every meal and the prices are great, new surprise pasta dish added daily. The owner Emiddo and his wife Laura are just fantastic people who will make every part of your trip authentic and truly special The sons Vin and Fran who also drove us to airport are wonderful boys This is a B&B family run business full of heart and passion Nothing everything was incredible

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming accommodation in Pimonte. The services were impeccable, exceeding our expectations in every way. The host Emiddio was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He cooked for us delicious pasta every evening. The room was spotless and well-appointed with an incredible view, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the local area. Near to all popular spots as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience in Italy. Thank you for making our trip so special! Fridge was missing?

Everything was perfect, the location has a spectacular view, the owners are very good people, ready to help you with anything, you rarely find such B&Bs. I recommend everyone to come here, if they want to relax and live an authentic italian experience❤️ P.S - Eat at their restaurant every night , the food is brilliant, and at very normal prices compared to the rest of the coast. 10 +++ ❤️

AMAZING views, clean, tidy, welcoming The owners are just lovely ! Will do everything for you , even checked up on us when we went to Rome for the night to make sure we was ok. Breakfast is great it’s shame we didn’t have time to try the home cooked food in the restaurant but we will be returning and staying here again! Nothing!! The road to the B&B is a adventure on its own so just make sure you do your research, once you have done it once it’s easy :) and I would highly recommend a small car if your renting not just for the stay here but in general for exploring Italy, made life a lot easier
