nothing worth to share. someone took party on the second floor until 12:30PM, cannot sleep at all. Even I talk to staff 3 times to stop earlier. the worst hotel in my life. some foreign customer check-out in the midnight because of the noisy party. and the staff did nothing to compensate them, that is 12h PM! where they can go, how they can leave, it is incredible that a hotel treat their customers like that!

Concierge helped with my case, and gave me a refund. Pool has human excrement and weeds growing all over the bottom. Bedroom bare like a prison cell, with shuttered window and no balcony. Yard view. No dining/bar for guests. Very loud party/gig all night. Other staff arguing with another guest that this is normal.

The location is good and have a nice view specially on the terrace near the swimming pools. The food was great and delicious. The staffs are friendly and very accomodating. It’s highly recommendable if you want to have some quiet and quality time with your family.

Everybody is super nice. Thanks to Giovanni help, we were able to solve a bunch of sudden problems that would stop me from proposing to my girlfriend. I’m extremely thankful for the service and the overall experience! The location provides some problems regarding travelling, specially if you’re planning to travel by bus. But then again, Giovanni was also super helpful and also making sure we were having the best experience possible.

The location and staff were absolutely perfect and frendly ? In the weekend were very much private parties and you can’t go where you want. So it is uncomfortable if you want to drink wine in the evening.
