The room is like a hotel from 30 years ago. You can't sleep at night because of the noise of fireworks from a wedding ceremony near the hotel. The breakfast is like a 2 star hotel and there is nothing special to eat. The reception staff doesn't do their job properly and you have to go from the room to the lobby to collect your passport. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The view and breakfast was good Staff friendly The hallway to the room was smelly and old. Needs improvement Beds were super hard WiFi was weak and couldn’t do my work. I couldn’t even connect to my family that I was traveling with. It only worked slow in the lobby, not the rooms or pool deck We had 2 rooms

The Hotel Congressi has been a favorite of ours for years, staff, location, food and comfort are all top notch. My husband has attended many academic conferences here over the years and has brought many student groups to stay as well. The unique location makes the Congressi good for local train travel north to Naples or south to Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. The rooms are clean and spacious and food is 1st class. Breakfasts are buffet style with multiple selections and the cappuccinos flow freely. We will continue to support this lovely hotel for years to come. In early December the outdoor pool was closed for the season, as it should have been, lovely in summer.

Accessibility to Pompeii and Vesuvius Outdated There were two coach parties staying and the restaurant menu was specific to cater for them therefore no choice on the menu

Nice hotel and staff were great. Clean, and the rooms were decent. Pool was exceptional and my family loved it here. Sould stay again. Cost of drinks and food. Parking can be a bother.

All the staff were friendly and polite, the rooms were a good size and clean, the food was nice, and the pool was a good size. The rooftop bar had some lovely views and the pool area is perfect for getting a tan. A ten minute walk and you are into the main town which has a train that runs to Sorrento in about 25minutes.

The roof top area / bar is beautiful. The scenery is amazing .. you can site at one side and see the mountains or the other and see the ocean ❤️ The walk up was steep but short so we had no problem with our backpacks ☺️

Good room, comfy sleep. The rooftop bar was Perry dead and the staff didn't seem bothered about your custom. Only stayed for one drink on the two occasions we tried it. The pool is also a bit small for amount of guests

The rooms were great and spacious, the food is excelent in the pizzaria and in the the pool bar, good breakfast, hotel very well located, great to have free parking, employees always very nice. Good rooftop bar. I would recommend it. The hotel was great but is in need of some repairs here and there, althought nothing to problematic.
