Breakfast? There was no staff around during my stay so probably not applicable. The location was perfect as spent most of my time in Montpellier centre. No direct parking, which makes the cost of staying higher, and a little more inconvenient (I’m sure this comment isn’t new!)

The pool is a great feature of this place - lovely views and great to refresh after a day out. Unfortunately, despite the pool, the interior leaves a lot to be desired. It needs a refresh in terms of fixtures and fittings - tv screen coming off the tv frame, evidence of damp, wardrobe broken... Also was missing some basics I'd consider standard for the price - hand soap (especially in the Covid context), cutlery (some cutlery was actually disposable cardboard cutlery), a decent number of plates/ crockery... Also worth noting that this studio doesn't look out onto the pool which wasn't super clear - it's the smaller studio that looks onto the pool and has direct access. Also the jacuzzi wasn't on (admittedly we didn't ask). Overall, if you are going to eat out/ want the benefit of the pool, it is fine but worth pointing out these issues for future travellers given the price.
