The location was great , very clean and newly renovated. Friendly and helpful staff . Having a parking garage was a plus . The bed was hard and the TV was way too small and up high .

Excellent, helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Walkable to old town, near tram station. Hotel is tucked away out of the noise but just a short walk to the sights/restaurants.

We didn’t like too much about the hotel except that we had a balcony attached to our room and there was a roof top patio we could use. The hotel is further from city center than anticipated and it is far older than the pictures make you believe. One staff member was extremely rude to one of us and the wifi didn’t work. When we addressed the WiFi issue with the front desk staff we were told that WiFi is working properly everywhere, which was not true, it only works around the reception area and on the lower stages. Second time the lady was nice enough to offer us a room on a lower floor. Breakfast was very limited but ok. We would never stay at this hotel again.

It was clean, comfortable, and well-located, in a quiet street within walking distance of the bustling centre of Montpellier. The staff were very helpful and gave us good tips about where to go and what to see. The breakfast was varied and tasty. As we had a train to catch early in the morning, they arranged for a taxi to come and pick us up. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Staff were friendly but the title Montpelier centre was misleading as it was 20 mins outside town. Hotel was tired and needs renovation. Mouldy bathroom ceilings, poor views and the bathroom was dangerous as there were no handrail for a 30cm step into the bath.

Lovely hotel in quiet location & only 10,-15 mins walk to Comedre. The nearest tram stop for line 1 is Corum. It is very easy to get to the centre if you don't want to walk. Our room was perfect. We had a balcony. The bathroom was good with a decent shower. The bed was comfortable. Alrhough not needed in March during our visit, the room had air conditioning. Recommended. Breakfast was adequate. However, I like salad with a continental breakfast, tomato, cucumber & and leaves, but that may not be typically French?
