Good choice of bkfst, hot and cold, plenty of fresh fruit, coffee tasty, not bitter. Good location, tram 5 mins walk, swimming pool, local Sq and into town 5/7 mins walk. Excellent. Great location near centre but super peaceful. Rooms very bright and airy. Pool was very small and packed out for the time we were there. No sun-beds available.

The air conditioning was a life saver! Also having the pool to be able to cool off after a very long journey was really appreciated. The products in the shower were lovely too! It was a shame that there was no milk in the room to be able to have a cup of tea in the morning. The cooked breakfast wasn't particularly fresh unfortunately.

The hotel was very nice, our room was very spacious. We loved the pool area with bar and had very delicious room service delivered for our dinner. Underground parking was very useful. Hotel was a short walk from a very nice part of the city.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. Room was a good size for our family of four with walk in wardrobes, lovely fluffy towels. Great location near a tram stop but only a short walk into town where there’s a great selection of local bars and restaurants. We were very disappointed with the roof terrace, see photos for what is advertised v reality! Not enough chairs at the table for our family and no cushions on the sun bed (made of decking) meaning it couldn’t be used. When I asked reception about this I was informed that none of the suites with terraces have cushions. Also there was paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom.
