Exceptional

It was right next to the Place de la Comedie and so many awesome places to walk to. I really liked the staff. They had great senses of humor and put up with my choppy French speaking. The room was a perfect size and the quaint balcony was nice to look out on the street. They were generous in keeping the room cool since the temperature outside was 95 during the day and 80 at night. I have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay and liked having a home base for breaks from walking around all day.

The location is unbeatable. Great staff. Room size is ok. There's no refrigirator in the room. The bathroom is a bit small with a shower curtain. I don't like curtains.

The staff were incredibly friendly especially the man (did not get his name) he could not be anymore welcoming ensuring we had a very comfortable stay. He was very knowledgable of the city and made the effort to speak to us every time he saw us. The room itself was great, very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The hotel understands hospitality and how to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location The facilities are old in the rooms and the breakfast was very limited (no eggs, no ham, only cheese balls, …)

L’hôtel est situé à quelques mètres de la place de la Comédie. C’est idéal! Le staff est très accueillant et bienveillant. J’ai demandé une chambre à l’étage le plus élevé et j’ai eu le 3eme étage. De plus, la climatisation avait été démarrée avant notre arrivée ce qui fait que la température de la chambre n’était pas trop chaude à cause de la canicule. La chambre était propre. Tous les équipements fonctionnaient. Pour se garer l’hôtel dispose d’un partenariat avec le parking Indigo Triangle, qui permet de payer 15 euros les 24h. Déçu par la salle de bain où la douche paraît sortie d’une autre époque. C’est dommage.

The hotel is run by people who understand hospitality. They look after their guests and the decor shows pride in their establishment. Although the room was on the small side, it was tastefully decorated and a good use of a small space. I do mot like being near a lift as the noise disturbs my sleep.

Beautiful old hotel on a lovely side street off Place de la Comedie , calm relaxing ambiance . very friendly , helpful staff , tasty breakfast with lots of choice . Rooms have everything you would need and very clean . Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Montpellier .

This is super budget hotel located very centrally in Montpellier. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the city. The shower was a bit tight, which caused me keep hitting the water handle so that the water keep changing from hot to cold and vice versa!

The concierge was so kind and helpful. I required help with SNCF and the woman at the desk was so nice and supported me through a very difficult time. I was grateful to have had the service I did. Thank you again.

Si bien antes de la estadía los hosts fueron muy receptivos y amables en un momento dejaron de responder...se habían comprometido a ayudarnos con las maletas luego del check-out pero desaparecieron.
