Excellent location, Nice and helpful staff, comfortable

Great location, very nice and helpful staff, very comfortable.

In common with other visitors I found the open shower flooded the bathroom. It's inconvenient and potentially hazardous. Towels are very thin.

Location was amazing! A short block from the main plaza, near restaurants, shopping, movie theater and Tourism Information building. The apartment was modern, spacious and comfortable and the bed/pillows were also very comfortable as well. When I first arrived to Montpellier by train at St Roch station, I took an uber to the hotel but later realized it was close enough to walk to the train station when I was leaving. I had an excellent stay and can highly recommend this aparthotel. The shower didn't have a door, and there wasn't a place to put products down in the shower except for on the floor.

Didnt take Smell in room and ac was not great

The hotel provided an email with instructions on how to access the parking garage. The address provided via email was incorrect. The shower backed-up and flooded both the bathroom and bedroom. We had to wait 3 days without a working bathroom before they finally changed our room.

The staff and hotel were lovely, yet we spent 40 minutes circling to find the hotel on day 1 and then 45 minutes on day 2 trying to find a parking lot. In the end, it all worked out OK. If you can, use the system of buses and trams

Couldn't be a better stay. Fantastic, comfortable, and well equipped apartment. Reasonably quite considering it was on the very convenient 1st floor. I think the room was an upgrade and it was greatly appreciated. Super fantastic location to everything you need to see in Montpellier. The staff, however, was the best part. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. No request was too much trouble and every question or need was addressed quickly and with a great big smile. I would absolutely recommend this place. Nothing at all.

This apartment hotel is clean and very conveniently located. It is near a large supermarket and the Central Square, only five minutes from the old town on foot. The rooms are sparsely furnished, and the kitchen is small. But it has everything you need for a couple weeks stay. The staff was very helpful, recommending restaurants and sites to see. The hotel could have provided the kitchen with salt and pepper, paper towels, and perhaps other common condiments.

We liked everything.

The property is centrally located close to La place de la Comedie The front desk staff seemed to be busy and were not particularly helpful with recommendations and came across as aloof comparing with my experience in other Adagio’s like in Bordeaux

it was a good and comfortable stay in the heart of the city center. Reception desk was helpful

Everything. The price seemed a little high. Besides that it could not have been better for our needs.

Good location only! Not clean! For sure It was not the best experience we have had in a hotel! First night we arrived around 9 pm, very tired and got the room. the reservation was for 3 people. At the room there was an uncomfortable sofa, instead of the third bed(based on the reservation there were supposed to be 3 beds) and no sheet for the third person. Although there was an extra pillow in the closet but dirty. We asked reception for sheet, she was insisting that it is on the sofa, we came back to the room, took photo and showed her to receive the sheet!! She said the room is for two, not three (we were paying for 3) so we should claim with the manager in the morning. We claimed in the morning and they said the room will be changed. We moved to the new room and there was no bed side table, no trash bin and sheet in the second room and smelled like smoking rooms. We came back again and they gave us another room and it was ok but still the sheet for the third bed was dirty so we asked for changing the sheet! All this arrangements wasted our time until noon while we were at Montpellier only for 1 day and half and the reception was saying the last room we were given is a more expensive one and we should be happy! Like it was our fault that their other rooms had many problems! There are coffee machines in the rooms but no capsule, not even 1 per day. There is a coffee machine at the lobby but some of the glasses were not clean. The design of the bathroom is in a way that makes everywhere completely wet, there is no glass door for shower area. At the end they charged us 20 eur less for the first night but comparing the waste of time and lack of facilities and hygiene, it was nothing. With same money، you had many better options!

The studio was a nice size and comfortable. I especially liked the common areas downstairs which were always clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and always helpful.
-
Excellent location Great to have the big reception area as I arrived early and could leave bags yet enjoy an apartment with all the facilities. Really clean apartment - modern and not noisy. It doesn’t have much charm but it’s exactly what I needed for a pied a terre in Montpellier…you get the charm from the town. This place delivers on functionality! ?

Superb

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main square and the tram. The apartments were spacious and had a good working kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly! The common areas were a bonus. Towels were not changed, which was not the issue, but an extra bath mat should be provided, due to the way the shower is configured and water tends to run onto the whole bathroom floor, if not careful! As the hotel/apts are situated in an area that makes parking difficult, if you have a large vehicle (mini van), be prepared to find alternative parking.

Very close to touristic places. Hearing did not work and the staff was not so helpful. I asker dor towels but the staff asker ne to Come and pick them.

Great location in the city of Montpellier, we were able to walk to the sites. Easy to find, lots of restaurants nearby. I liked that this was attached to a hotel so there was a front desk team to support us and provide assistance to our requests. One attendant was fluent in English and taught us some French words. The courtyard is nice, my partner and I spent time there. There is a lift on ground floor, so no stairs to take luggage up.
