We were met by the host. Immediately she inquired about the type of room we wanted, which was convenient, because we were in transit. It was convenient to have a restaurant on site. We were able to have dinner and breakfast.

Very nice staff. Room pleasant enough - bed very comfortable and water hot. Very quiet. Delighted to find a kettle and tea/coffee offered in the room! Wonderful bonus in France. Breakfast quite varied. Tram station 100m away - perfect. Would have liked a better pillow.

The outdoor area was lovely and peaceful. Mixed reception from various staff members. Terrible location unless you have a car. Nothing to do in the immediate vicinity. Asking for ice was always a hassle.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very close to the Tram so it was easy to get into the city. The decor is rather tired and could do with a refresh.
