Al Duomo inn B&B

The hotel is under construction and you have to literally walk through a construction zone just to get to your room. We were constantly covered in construction debris/dust every time we walked in and out of our hotel.

Location is great. The property is right in the center of the old town, close to most historical sites and shopping areas, steps away from many restaurants, bars and cafe. The room is clean and functional. The host, Max, is super, very responsive and friendly. He welcomed me personally, gave clear instructions and valuable information and recommendations about local attractions and restaurants that I guess only locals know. Thanks Max. The only drawback is that there is some renovation noise in the building but it is temporary.

Max is really nice and helpful person. Location is perfect. The room was really clean. Highly recommend. Everything was ok.

Excellent location in the town! Max welcomed us with great tips to make our stay memorable. Advised us with a list of places to eat and see. Helped us to get our Etna trip booked. Tizziana kept the place clean and tidy! Excellent hosts

The B&B was in an ideal location just off the Piazza Del Duomo. Max was very friendly and ever so helpful. We had reduced tickets to eat breakfast at a very nice cafe just around the corner. The room was quite comfortable. The bathroom would benefit from some more towel hooks.

Excellent location. We had fantastic views of the Duomo and the host was very amenable with ideas of where to go and what to do. Free coffee was also a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at Al Duomo Inn. Our room had a balcony that faced the street with views to the left of Il Duomo. We were in a great location in the heart of the historic centre and close to restaurants and attractions. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. They helped organise airport transfer at an excellent rate. Highly recommend and would stay again. Nothing

The location and host were fantastic. The check in process was easy and we got some great recommendations for a place to have dinner from the host. The room suited our needs for a two night stay. The pillows were a bit old/flat and uncomfortable and the air conditioning wasn't very effective.

Exceptional

Fresh, clean newly decorated room. Very central location in walking distance of main sights. Friendly host, eager to assist- helped book great tours and advised on booking bus to Palermo. I had a new room with a private entrance onto the street with a small covered window for privacy. This had advantages (no stairs and a sense of independence) but I was expecting a room with window/ Juliet balcony overlooking the Duomo. The host offered to make a change when a room became available. I think the room description should be more accurate on booking.com to manage guests expectations.

Location - right next to Piazza del Duomo and easy access to everything. Walking distance to train and bus station, and airport bus stop. Host - Max and Tiziana were wonderful; Max in particular provided lots of information, places to visit, good food recommendations and very responsive from start to end Clean and functional room Nothing in particular

The owners were really helpful and informative.They made it easy and were very accomodating with my luggage storage on the last day.
