Very clean and friendly staff. 10 minutes to train station, 20 to the airport. Parking is only the negative, must reserve a spot when you reserve the room. Street parking was easy.

Limit of three per room is a bit silly, plenty of room for a cot for a fourth person. The location is pure Catania… long forgotten hole in the wall.

Prior to our arrival we requested assistance from staff to arrange airport transportation for an early morning departure. Staff was able to meet our request and provide us with peace of mind to make our flight.

Hotel furniture needs to be upgraded. I stayed much better Best Western hotels before.

Cleanliness. Staff. Location. Size of room. Excellent hot water system. Patchy, sometimes virtually non existent WiFi (I think it may be a ‘city’ thing)

Nice and helpfol staaf. Rooms ok. Quite long walk to city center and not many fascilities and restaurants nearby. Extremely noisy with barking dogs during the night.

Helpful staff, parking avaliability and silent room with balcony were pluses. The building is a bit worn out and the rooms could serve better with up-to-date appliances but overall we were satisfied.

Location is not central and there is not easy and close by public transit to go downtown, so you go by foot or else. Our room view was towards inner part of the building, so no view or fresh air from outside.
