The mattress was awful

Easy checkin and access to the room A big plus was that we could leave our bags after the checkout hour Exceptional breakfast, had everything we wanted with good quality products. Rather close to the city center. Room was noisy in the early morning due to movements on the hallway There is a step when going to the bathroom that you need to be aware of expecialy at night (room 3)

The shower leaked and the plumbing wasn’t the best

The best host ever. The whole experience started perfectly because she allowed us to check in earlier. Beyond providing information about the accommodation, she was extremely helpful with exploring the city—what we shouldn’t miss, where to eat, and everything related. The room was spotless, spacious, bright, and cool. The bed and the bedding were incredibly soft and comfortable.

Just the bed and the pillow could be a bit better.

The location was very central. The staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. Nothing to dislike.

The place is clean and located in the center which is very convenient for a family with kids. The staff are very friendly and nice. The breakfast is a plus.

I liked because they asked us what we would like for breakfast. They explained everything about how the Parking works in Sicily. They also told us where is the supermarket and which place to visit to eat and for sightseeing.

The owner was really helpful and sweet, we got a lot of recommendations about what to do in the city. The location is perfect, breakfast was really amazing and generous, and we really liked that the guest could use the kitchen during the day. There were fruit all day long that the guest could grab, which was amazing. The only negative thing was the quality of the mattress, it was worn out a bit. Other than this I highly recommend this place. :)

The hosts were very kind and welcoming, the location is nice and close to the city center. The breakfast was good — especially the croissant and cappuccino, perfect way to start a holiday morning. :) Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was great! The staff was very nice and accommodating and breakfast was delicious, with lots of different foods to choose from. The location is great, you can walk everywhere and there's plenty of parking options.

Parking on the Street, enough free places, but paid. Personal Very friendly, good breakfast.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely shocking. Upon arrival, the hostess was extremely rude and hostile, starting to yell at us for no apparent reason. The property didn't match the photos at all - it was a far cry from what was advertised. To top it all off, we were kicked out of the hotel, and this was the first time in my 38 years of traveling that I've been asked to leave a hotel. On top of the unpleasant experience, they still charged us 50 euros. I would never recommend this place to anyone - the entire experience was unprofessional and upsetting. Never repeat my mistake and do not stay at this hotel. This is an apartment converted into a hotel, the bathroom to room 2 is across the corridor, very unpleasant smell and very unpleasant smell

We never actually saw the staff, we were guided through the chat and it was so easy and fast.
