Hotel Catania Town

The hotel was in the centre of the catania and was very clean. We will go again for next time for sure. The receptionist was very understanding and very kind. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Only the location is good and i find some stuf missing when I arrived home

Location and service

The hotel was located in the center of Catania so it was very easy to reach all the main attractions. The room was clean and very good. The personnel is kind and helpful even to explain me how to access the hotel when the reception was closed in the evening. The breakfast was minimal and it can be improved with more fresh food (fruits etc). Moreover, the room in which we had breakfast need some restoration. It can also be improved the ratio quality cost (reduce the costs) to be more in line with the services really offered.

The location is literally the center of the town in the middle of the market I give them that. Also the staff was super friendly and I'm pretty sure that it's not their fault that the place is a cesspit. The room was dirty, the bedsheets were smelly, and the whole "junior suite" was beaten down and old. Not like on the pictures. Also, during the night until 2 a.m. people were talking/partying/arguing, which made the proper sleep nearly impossible. The bed was awful. Even in the early morning, there were shady figures on the street. Also, you can't and should not park your car on the street because of these elements. Luckily, we only spent one night here. Never again.

The breakfast was delicious and also the room was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It has a great location in catania close to everything There wasnt much water pressure in the shower

Nothing The door to get in was gated and locked. NO one was there to check us in. It was in a horrible neighborhood and there was NO parking. We did not stay. I am going to demand I get refunded.

The location is great very central. The woman at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating. Stay was perfect. All was good. Thank you

Was disappointed by the way the lady of the hotel treated us. I did not like the way the lady at the hotel treated us. First to give us a receipt of payment had to tell her several times and she wanted only cash payment. When asked when we wanted the breakfast and told her at around 7:30am, she told us it is not possible. It has to be after 9am. Later on she send me a message that it would not be possible to serve us breakfast after 11am. Else we can go to a nearby bar. Also the room had alot of mosquitos. Ended up with my forehead full of mosquitos bites. Had been to this hotel several times before and the personel were very friendly. So I am disappointed that we were treated like this by this lady. It is a shame because the hotel is in a good location and has a lot of potential.

Near the city center. Very cold during the stay, non-working air conditioner, lack of extra blankets. Have to wait a long time to have hot water. Smell of dirty sewer in the corridor and in the room. Dirty and rusty fridge, not working safe, no glasses, very noisy from the street and neighboring rooms
