There was great communication from the owner from the start. The room was large and beautiful and very close to the Piazza del Duomo allowing you to easily walk to shops and restaurants. I highly enjoyed my stay.

The property was located in the perfect place for the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars, a short stroll from some of the key tourist sites! The room was large, airy and had wonderful views. Everything was there that you needed and a spacious common lounge area Would definitely recommend and if in the area would stay again. Davide was the perfect host and provided lots of useful information on the day we arrived

Beautiful building. Huge bedroom and huge bathroom. Very nice. Very friendly hosts. Is in the centrum, so a bit noisy but if you like it, nothing wrong with it.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was just perfect—everything I needed was within easy reach. One of the best things was how safe the area felt, even at 5 a.m. I never had to worry about walking around, no matter the time of day. Another huge plus was the convenience of transportation. The bus stop for the airport shuttle was just a short walk away, making my departure stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated stay!

Absolutely wonderful staff/family owned house. Very much worth the money and Davide was available for anything we needed, at all times of the day. Room was large, as was the bathroom. Home was very very close to the duomo. Perfect overall! Thank you! Emma & Gianfranco

The location is ideal, felt safe, the room was big enough, very clean overall and the big bed was comfortable. Clean towels, quiet at night and safe. Air conditioning worked well so it kept the room warm. Wifi worked ok. Davide was responsive and also an early check in was not a problem. Breakfast for 5 EUR is an okay deal (not the best quality what you get but it is overall tasty and filling, and the cafe place itself is really nice).Big screen TV. The room had a good price / quality ratio for February. Likely I have booked the worst possible room “Levica” and with other rooms the followings are not even a problem: the courtyard view basically means no view, the windows are covered and the room gets hardly any natural light. There is an industrial ventilator or similar thing that makes constant noise until the late evening just outside and brings constant bad food-smell into the room. The room decor is not the most tasteful one (booking photos show slightly different furnitures). Old draining system so you have to let the shower running for a while until it gets warm and during that time the shower tray gets filled so you have to finish the shower quickly. A few power outlets in the room are dangerous.

Location is very close to the major points of interest in Catania including the fish market and Duomo Square. The larger units are especially appealing! Access to the sea is difficult.

Wonderful host. Access is very straightforward and the whole process is very reliable. Very beautiful room and common room. It is within 100 meters of the main Cathedral in Catania. Another 500 Meters covers a great deal of Catania's sights. Plentiful fantastic restaurants within 100 meters and within 300 meters you have all that Catania can offer. This is not a major criticism and for a large percentage who will arrive from the airport by taxi 100% no issue. The location is fantastic once you get there. From the train station by transit it is a bit of a slog as the beautiful streets of Catania are very rough for even small luggage.
