Exceptional customer service, lovey boutique hotel and amazing location.

The room was nice and warm temperature. Front desk staff were very helpful. Free breakfast was tasty. During my stay there was no dining in hotel except breakfast. I usually like a restaurant or cafe in my hotel stays but there were dining options within the block and they had excellent food, excellent service, just a short walk.

Very close to the city center, nice old building but fully refurbished. Even for the winter, it was a little too warm for my standards. Very safe when walking to the city center, but few hundreds meters away from the city center, the same street becomes a shady neighborhood.

Overalll the property needs an updating. Panting hallways and rooms. New bedspreads and flooring in the bathroom.

Clean structure, friendly staff, good breakfast, wonderful location, comfortable bed and pillow My room was on two floors with bed downstairs and bathroom upstairs, quite uncomfortable. Darkening was not optimal.

Very nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Central location.

The hotel has a excellent location. The breakfast and the staff helping with breakfast were outstanding. Don’t miss the market. That’s only two blocks away. You could hear people if they were talking in the hallway. The doors are not very soundproof at

This is a terrific hotel in a historic building but has recently been remodeled to be quite modern. The rooms are quite large especially for Europe and the breakfast is excellent. The bartender Antonio made very good drinks and brought an amazing array of snacks to enjoy...and was very friendly. The breakfast staff was very prompt with coffee options and kept all the selections well stocked. The hotel is perfectly located as well as it was an easy 10 minute walk to the city center where most of the sights are and you stroll down the main pedestrian shopping street Via Etnea. Parking is easy in a lot just a few blocks away.

Good location near the historic center and metro station. Cordial staff. Excellent breakfast.

We had a beautiful, spacious room. Everything about it was elegant, including the artistic details on the ceiling! The breakfast options were vast and delicious, too. Can't complain about a thing.

Hotel Romano House is in a good location to be in the heart of Catania. The facility is very well kept and nice. The breakfast buffet is recommended. Also, the staff is very nice and helpful. Although the facility is very nice , our room was shabby. The bathroom walls were peeling and overall the furnishings were worn.
