I didn’t love Catania in general. Kind of rough and lots of trash.

I liked everything… the location, the cleanliness of my room and the host was the best!

Safe Environment.

Clean, convenient and Agatha is so nice

Ms. Agata provided a warm welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable. The Elevator building, terrace, and bed linens were clean and appreciated. Great location, too! An in room tea kettle and mini fridge would make a huge difference for those like me who prefer to not go to the common area throughout the day for these amenities.

Room is small.

Lovely hostess—very helpful and kind

Agatha, my host, was wonderful and works very hard. Breakfast was simple and plentiful. The location is next to everything or a short walk. Agatha provided detailed information that was helpful in navigating the city. The shower was a bit small, but doable. It works for the bathroom.

Everything is Amazing

The place is exactly as the pictures, the host is very nice, and helpful. She takes the time to give you recommendations to see and visit. It is a cool and safe place. Just pay attention to the instructions that the host sends to reach the place as there is no sign outside. Everything

I stayed in a nice room in the city center. Enough space for luggages. Agatha is really helpful and friendly. I enjoy my stay and hospitality. In my opinion, it is ideal for short stay but the bed is not so comfortable if you plan to stay more than a week. It is on the fifth floor but there is a small Italian elevator.

The location is excellent — easy to find, close to the city center, and well-connected to public transportation. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of light. Agata is very hospitable, provides all the necessary information, prepares a lovely breakfast, and genuinely takes great care of her guests. Grazie mille, Agata! The noise outside after midnight.

The B&B is conveniently located near several shops within a walking distance to the historical centre. The subway and bus stops are around the corner (ALI bus - direct line to the airport). Although parking on the street almost impossible, there is a paid parking lot close by. Agata is a wonderful host, always willing to give advice. Breakfast selection includes typical Italian breakfast (fresh pastry of various kinds) as well as ham, cheese and fruit. The double room with balcony and private bathroom was clean and spacious with comfortable bed. As the double room faces a busy street and the windows are of single pane glass, there was quite a bit of noise coming from the street in the evening.

Catania is an historic city that’s worth a visit despite it’s being a bit rough in places. Tosca was well secured behind lockable gates so you could keep the urban grittiness at bay. Agata is a thoughtful and pleasant host. I found using 4 keys to get from the street up into the B&B and into my room a challenge at first. The neighborhood is very noisy so it’s good to be prepared with ear plugs if you need them.

The location, the friendliness of the staff and the confort and quality of the room. The street is a bit noisy until 10-11pm.

Spotless clean and very comfortable, great location. Agata is a great hostess, very helpful and pro-active. Nice breakfast included.

The hostess was very welcoming, sweet and helpful. The view over the city and the breakfast. The location is perfect, you can walk from the bus/train station and to the historical center! it can be a bit noisy at night (might depends on your room) but slept really well :)

The hotel is a bit difficult to find.

The B&B is close to centre of Catania. Room was clean. The host was very kind and available, she gave us a lot of information and woke up early with us the next morning for the breakfast. The street in front of the building can be a bit noisy during the night.
