Best value B&B Downtown Catania: the room was in fact an apartment (suite), fully modern and with double air conditioning in the 2 rooms. Bialetti capsule coffee machine and few fresh courtesy drinks included in the price (2 small bottles of prosecco, tea, water etc). The place is really convenient to safe street parking (7/8€ per day) and is 6 minutes from University square and the pulsing heart of Catania you need to live by night. Breakfast sweet and savoury with local products, fresh pastries and fruit: beautiful the outside patio. Giuseppe welcomed with a smile and jokes, giving a true empathy of Italian hospitality! We'll come back

Road is a bit noisy

Comfortable, clean and friendly. Good breakfast. Our room faced the park and it was fun to people watch. Short walk to the center. The airport bus stop is close. They help you carry bags upstairs. All was good.

Very comfortable, large and beautifully refurbished apartment near the main train station and the historic center of Catania. Emanuel was very professional, kind and helpful before and during our one night stay. It was loud until late on a Friday night, probably people having a little bit too much fun at the nearby Piazza. Nothing that our kind host could have controlled.

Location is absolutely amazing, very close to the train station, bus stops, and the city center. Perfect for exploring Catania and the surrounding areas! The place itself is clean and spacious, and the terrace is a beautiful spot to enjoy breakfast and evenings. But most significantly, the hosts of this property (Emanuel and Giuseppe) are genuinely some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in Catania, including lots of excellent restaurant recommendations. They were always readily availible by WhatsApp, communication was absolutely seamless. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone staying in the Catania area.

Very clean and spacious apartment The host gave very clear instructions on how to get in the property and provided so many amenities (water, juice, house shoes) The breakfast was amazing, everything you could want and the kitchen dining area was so well done.

Really clean and comfy, and awesome breakfast. Great location with easy access to parking and a short walk to the historic center. The AC only reached the first floor of the apartment (this may have been our fault not knowing how to fiddle with the settings).

Staff, size and location Only through frustration and contacting Emmanuele were we able to get hot water. Instructions, in English, would help and also washing mashing instructions.

The location was perfect to do everything by walking. The property was big enough for three with spaces for everyone. The breakfast on the rooftop was lovely.

Clean, well maintained, good breakfast, attentive staff. The property was excellent, however the city had the road in front dug up. That made getting into the property haphazard.

Location is great, very quiet during the night, close to everything. Everything is good, except internet in our room was vey slow.

Excellent location walking distance to main square and most attractions, but not in a busy area. Room was comfortable and clean. Wifi was very weak in the room itself (better in common area).

Convenient location close to alibus stop. Great breakfast. Quiet large room.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, and to enjoy it on a sunny terrace was an excellent start on our day. Thank you Emanuele! I didn't like having only one night in Catania! My fault! (ma torniamo)
