but the internet was weak.

This was my first time staying at a hostel and I can give a guaranteed yes that I would stay here again. The staff was super friendly and all their pictures/descriptions matched what was online. The bathrooms were very clean as were the beds and lockers. I also enjoyed the free coffin and muffing in the morning and the beautiful outdoor seating at night.

Lovely place. The location is perfect with a lot things to do nearby and bus stop around. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Well located near the town, great balcony, and common areas with good vibes; very easy to reach the iconic places. Very kind staff and bonus signature cappuccino. Every thing was good

The hostel is so nice and affordable. The double bedroom was comfortable and the common areas were very well decorated and maintained. Some of the staff were not friendly. There were a few that were very kind (especially the one that checked us in!), but we had a very disappointing experience when our food was taken and eaten or thrown out from the fridge despite following the instructions they ask for. When I asked the receptionist about it, she became defensive and deflected to the cleaner. The cleaner did the same and told me to talk to the receptionist. Nobody apologized or tried to make it right whatsoever, even a gesture like a free drink- just a sympathetic response instead of defense.

How welcoming it was, every night they had musics and a nice vibe going but it wasn’t too loud so you could still sleep with all the noise downstairs

Hostel was so clean and smells nice, staff is kind and location is super nice. It is near the center and you can find everything near Pillow is super uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep. Bed was comfortable

free coffee in the morning

staff are cool and the maintenance of the bathroom They have a HUGE bunk bed If you’re coming from the airport, there’s a bus stop about 2 minutes away from the hostel. If you’re trying to go to the bus station or train station, it’s a 20+ minute walk. It’s quite far from everything. They don’t have a duvet cover , it’s just a simple sheet that you put between yourself and the duvet. Even though everything appeared clean, I did have a skin allergic reaction that night.

I found it quite loud with the restaurant underneath! I also was an only female in an all male dorm and the vibes were off unfortunately - highly suggest trying to get a bed in all female dorm!

Good location. Beautiful building. Restaurant was good but pricey. Staff was helpful. Good sized kitchen, large with an eating area. Staff was great at answering questions.

Very convenient in terms of comfort and size! Very quite as well.

Fantastic setting, fantastic amenities, super clean, great social area. Live music and restaurant. Entertainment was great. I feel if I want to bring my own bottle of wine to sip on during the day or a couple of beer that it shouldn’t be a problem. I understand if there is an event or if I am having dinner there I should purchase my beer or wine from the premises. Otherwise, it’s kind of like prohibition or communism.

The girl at the reception was in a hurry. Did not gave me a good vibe. Price is high for the conditions they provide.

Everything was excellent. Especially since I got all the right information and advice from Carlo on places to visit and things to do all over Sicily. Carlos help made my trip absolutely amazing. Thank you

Very nice location. It is a bit on hidden side in between the buildings. So someone cannot walk into facilities right away. Security wise this is good. 1 cup of coffee free every morning. Beds are comfortable. Hosts are very friendly people. Everyday place is being cleaned. Kitchen is convenient. There are big fridges. Don't forget to bring padlocks to store your belongings in the wardrobes. Bottom floor turns into a restaurant from Thursday to Sunday so property is mostly reserved for restaurant customers. It is not a big deal, since you can find space go chill everywhere, but when there is live acoustic music then it can go until midnight. If you are an early sleeper, it may be an issue. Otherwise it create really chill and improves the general vibe.

The staff is super friendly (thanks for hosting me and for watching the soccer with me!) and the location is great in the city. ALSO the beds are super big (first time I see this in a hostel with dorms). You have a cosy living room and a bar on-site very cool with live music some days of the week. - The kitchen is not super well equiped and small for all the travellers. - The showers are not really convenient. - Two lockers in the room were broken, not cool when you want to store your bag securely. - You have a lot of armchairs and sofas, but not a single table to seat properly. :-/
