MAVA' BED AND BREAKFAST

Very clean. Riberra was very helpful. I loved that she was proactive and contacted me. I did not have to chase anyone down. She was helpful with the codes. Breakfast was excellent. They were just so sweet and the best place we have stayed at so far on our trip in Sicily.

Excellent location. Relatively easy street paid parking. Clean room and OK breakfast. No WiFi reception in our room, and air conditioning was mediocre at the best.

We have spent few days in Mavá at the end of March, so outside the main tourist season. Mavá is a small boutique hotel (4 rooms or so) located in a 2-floor building. The whole building seems to be only small hotels or rental apartments. At the ground floor there is a reception and a dining room for all guests. The personnel were super friendly and welcomed us with a smile every morning. I liked our quadruple room with comfortable beds, lots of towels and daily cleaning. From our balcony we could see a part of Etna. The location of this hotel is great for families with smaller kids - there is a direct connection from the airport with Alibus, a beautiful park with a nice playground around the corner and it is close to the old town. There is a common room with a small kitchen corner, sofa and TV. I enjoyed breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and croissants very much. There could be more healthy options such as fresh veggies or sugar free yoghurt for kids. On the other hand some of the hotels facilities such as the bathroom and kitchen need renovation. The dishwasher in the common room was not emptied by anyone so the dishes from previous guests were still there. Not sure what was the dishwasher policy there but we used to wash our dishes per hand then. Our room was on a corner of a loud street, it was quite loud till ca 11 PM and from 6 am. Apparently I was the only family member who could not sleep well because of the traffic noise, so it is probably an individual thing.

a great b&b, perfectly located by the historical center, with modern and effective design solutions, a very rich and quality breakfast and a warmest host. difficult to find anything to improve

Modern clean apartment in the centre of Catania...2 mins away from Via Etnea. Bathroom was good sized, with large modern shower. Room had a balcony. lift. and delicious breakfast. you will see us again!

The breakfast was just amazing with fresh juice, coffee and different kinds of croissants and cakes. We were travelling with sick kid and everyone in the hotel was helpful and nice. I recommend this accommodation. -

Nice bathroom, bedroom, and terrace. Helpful communication from the owner. Location around the corner from an Alibus stop on the route from the airport. Wish the rooms had small refrigerators.

Mava was very clean and comfortable. it was in a great location downtown. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was fine There was nothing that I disliked at Marva.

A short one night stay, but everything good. nice breakfast in the morning, good location. No faults with the property.
