Everything was very nice, the lady was helpful, private parking which is very safe and secure. Just be careful when you book a room, not to book a room with two single beds because it says twins. Overall, great and lovely experience.

The host is a really kind lady she was very helpful.

I liked the very comfortably spacious room with a wardrobe and drawers, and the view of the sunshine falling on the table, and chairs just outside on the adjoining outdoor level. I really liked the hearty breakfast, particularly the delightfully delicious large powdered jam filled croissants. Very tasty ! I appreciated the affable, articulate, thoughtful and instructive fellow guest. And enjoyed, particularly the company of one of the property's assistants. Also I grew to appreciate the outer location. Eventually, met the easy-going, accommodating friendly flowing owner. The check-in was an annoying inconvenience. Irksome. It took awhile to reply. I frustratingly had to wait a while ! And I was discontent with the lack of and inadequate online reply to my emails, particularly the wish for an airport transfer. The airport transfer was offered but not provided ! The online reply or lack of to my emails was really poor, negligent ! Unsettling. At the property one of the rare causes of minor complaint was having to make do with a large towel for 3 days in the warm, hot Mediterranean condition ! ( Also having to pay extra tax was an irritant )

I made a reservation at the airport at 01.00, after midnight. I paid 40 euros for a taxi after accepting my reservation. But They did not let me in the apartment. I ring 2 different bells and I call 2 other numbers. I immediately wrote to booking.com's customer service about not being allowed in. A few days later, the booking informed them that the host replied that everything was fine, so there is no refund.

The host really helped to me. My flight was late and I scered luttle bit. When I call the host she open the door and helped me. Thanks madam for this... Really clean room, kitchen and badroom. Everyvere smells good. I paid 14 € for city tax. I thing this tax is in hotel price.

Nothing to like here. Worst experience in my life, fithy smely place. Woman running this place was shouting at us, insulting and arguing the whole stay. At the time of arrival we could not reach the place by phone or sms, we had to ask booking.com to assist us, apparently the host didn't know about our coming. Not even the bell worked. Light was coming through the glass door to the accommodation from the common hallway at night so it was hard to sleep. My son was given coffee for breakfast although he specifically said he doesn't drink it with no alternative. We were refused to get receipt. Avoid this place!!

Easy reach to historical part of the city and central train station , either in foot or using the metro.

Not much, they really screwed up from the beginning. The receptionist was terrible. Dirst I sent a messages on Booking to the property that I will be late, in English and with google translate in Italian. Later I called the property in the afternoon to inform I will be late. They do not speak english at all. I tried to explain that I will arrive late, the receptionist shouted loudly in Italian on the phone, I did not understand her. I aksed someone italian on the plane before departing to call the property and tell them I will be late. That helped probably. When I arrived, the receptionist said with very poor english that she want extra 10 euro for late arrival. When I said this is not indicated on the Booking platform, she said: “money or out”! A the end I gave her a 5 EUR bill, she put that into her pocket, no invoice at all, and walked out from the room. The electricity in the room was very poor, only one eleteicity outlet with a dangerous wiring, see photo.I let my phone charged with that and heard electro sparks ⚡️. I would not recommend for anyone, especially for non-Italians.

Safe and secure and easy to find The shower head was kinda broken. Lots of water pressure.
