Art & Jazz Hotel

The room, and the hotel itself are beautiful. The room was also very quiet. The staff was very accommodating-they opened breakfast 15 minutes early so we could eat before our tour. The area around the hotel is rough. Don't be put off by it - the hotel is great.

Near central station. we were in for just one day

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, I needed to do some work while there and there was a desk and chair separate from the sleeping area that was perfect. The vibe was super charming, I loved the posters and photos and all the nods to my favorite movies and shows.

The staff was exemplary! Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast was generous with fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, cold meat and cheese and made to order cappuccino. It was a on a small side street that was not well known. But it was definitely lovely. There are stairs in some of the bedrooms

There were mosquito in the room. The front desk staff still charged me the full price even it had been paid via Booking.com in advance!

Location. And high level of security! No one is sneaking into Art and Jazz! They should add some more paintings outside!

Breakfast. Design of room Location. Not bad but not the best part of town. Was close to train station but area a little on the gritty side. I stress a little. This wasn’t a huge deal. Next I go will stay closer to historic section

I'm not a big fan od stairs i. the room, but the roomwas awesome.

Friendly staff…exceptional! Murals in the room and the artwork throughout…unique character! Music was great too…lots of “soft” jazz. Lovely breakfast room and buffet…a smile with every cappuccino! Location…much better than I initially thought. It was an easy walk to Via Etnea, Piazza Duomo and good dining at Via Santa Filomena (little alley off Via Umberto).

Location! Nothing. I added a second night on my trip back, it was so perfect

unique character; friendly helpful staff initially location but I began to enjoy the walk into the centre. Now I’d say it was a plus.

We only stayed 1 night so we cannot speak about the location, except that it is only a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station. The breakfast was very good and the rooms have different artist’s feature walls in the room with information about the artist…this was very interesting!

The surrounding of the hotel is not looking good and feels safe.

Excellent

The washing detergent for sheets and towels has a VERY STRONG PERFUME and I instantly stated to sneeze and I had problems with breathing. I would recommend using an eco friendly detergent with sent for the future, as there are many great and economical alternatives.

Reasonable continental breakfast, excellent coffee, delicious pastries. What's missing is vegetables.

The hotel is easy walking to the train and bus stations, even with bags. The desk staff were excellent, and breakfast was great. Not many places nearby to eat dinner late, but we had eaten earlier & had no problem.

Location was a bit run down.

The location was good, quiet, good security gate, friendly staff, good breakfast selection! My only issue was the loft bed & stairs to go down to the toilet in the night!

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was great too!
