This was one special gem in the heart of Catania. The owner, Lucilla, makes sure you feel right at home. When I had a very early flight, she made sure I had food to take. A gesture I will never forget.

Everything was perfectly clean. Great location and the host was so kind I loved everything

Close to train station

Comfortably renovated, our host Lucilla was great! A good value in a location convenient to buses & trains, we stayed 4 nights and were treated very well. With lots of keys, we were certainly safe. Sensible Catania residence!!

This is an elegant and spacious B&B located only a few minutes from the main train station, and from most of the must-see sites in Catania. Our host, Lucilla, is fantastic! She is so welcoming and she provided us with detailed information for a wonderful walking tour of historic Catania. For breakfast, Lucilla took pleasure serving us delicious Sicilian ricotta-filled pastries and a plate of meat and cheese. We felt like we were at home and wished we could have stayed longer! The view of Mt Etna from our balcony was an unexpected treat. We liked everything!

The location was not near the city center.

Lucilla was an extremely kind host. The B&B was on the second floor and accessible by a lift/elevator. The bedroom was attractive and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great after a long day of touring. From a window, we saw a beautiful view of Mt. Etna. Lucilla offered a wide selection of breakfast items such as fresh fruit, local pastries and cereals. She happily accommodated my vegan diet with flavored soy yogurts and soy milk for the cereal. The location was excellent, being a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo which was surrounded by restaurants. The food in Catania was delicious and my friend found the Sicilian sardine speciality incredible.

The place is amazing, very comfortable, close to te city and train station, very clean, nice view over the city, Etna and a bit of the sea, the host is an amazing lady, very helpful and thoughtful! We loved everything about the place! I recommend this place with all my heart! -

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The host, Lucilla, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering local tips, helping with transport, and even surprising me with local treats that gave me a true taste of Sicilian culture. The location of the property couldn’t have been better – nestled in a charming neighborhood that was both peaceful and perfectly connected. A short walk from the center and the train station. And if you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of Mount Etna's eruption right from your window – a truly unforgettable sight. Clean, comfortable, and full of character, the house was a perfect base for my adventures. But it was truly Lucilla's kindness and care that made this stay so special. I left with a full heart, wonderful memories, and a deep appreciation for the warmth of the people in this beautiful part of the world. Highly recommend – and I can't wait to come back!

Superb
-
It was a bit of a mysterious entrance but well worth what you get! So many keys to get in and out ?
-
The room in a multiroom appartment was spacious and clean, the appartment well kept, the host very nice and helpful.

Good location: 5min walk from the main attractions, many good cafes and restaurants around the property. The host was super nice. She offered us coffee and breakfast even though it was not included in our room price. She also gave a lot of recommendations and was available for us over the phone. Since our flight was in the evening she allowed us to use the room until our departure. The building where B&B is located is old, you get many different keys to get through all the doors what can be a bit confusing. The room was spacious but the beds’ mattresses could be more comfortable.

Superb

It was adequate for an overnight. We arrived at night. It was difficult for us to find the proper entrance. Staff helped when we called them on WhatsApp. There was no water available to buy or drink.

Very welcoming host and comfortable accommodation. Nothing

The host was very nice and helpful and had a lot of Suggestions about restaurants and what the must sees were in Catania

A lovely 'oldy-worldy' B and B situated on a piazza. Good location, just down from the station and not far from the city centre. Lots of restaurants in the area. Very clean and nice, and lovely host. It is on a busy piazza so could be a little noisy for a light sleeper.
-
The inside facility was beautiful. Located close to the water and a main walking street. Lucille was helpful and very kind. Amazing hostess! The exterior of the building may make you think the location. is in a risky area. We always felt safe.

The whole place was nicely kept and easy walking to the historic square. Beautifully kept, and the proprietors were very accommodating. A very impressive bunch of keys, too. At first, I thought the mood lighting in the shower was odd but ended up liking it. The air conditioning was a welcome treat on warm, humid days. Easy walking to fish market, main shopping, historic square and parts of waterfront. There was street noise and I don't know if any rooms faced the interior courtyard, which would have been quieter. I walked enough to sleep well anyway, but it is worth mentioning. The rooms are on the 3rd (fourth) floor, so there was some distance from the street.
