B&B Stramondo

- Завтрак ок (круассан и кофе/холодный чай), кафе находится в 3–4 минутах от отеля. - До автобусной станции и супермаркетов около 10–15 минут пешком. - Сам номер в целом нормальный, если нужен вариант на одну-две ночи. - Очень плохая коммуникация. За полтора месяца до поездки пыталась поменять двухместный номер на трехместный с доплатой. Отель не отвечал на сообщения в Booking, письма и звонки почти три недели. В итоге свободных номеров уже не осталось, и третьему гостю пришлось бронировать отдельный номер. - Никто заранее не прислал инструкцию по заселению. Мы долго не могли попасть в здание, а потом выяснилось, что нужно писать в WhatsApp, которого у меня не было, и мне пришлось еще и скачивать его, чтобы получить инструкции. Почему это нельзя было сделать через Booking, непонятно. - Туристический налог (€3,5 с человека за ночь) также обсуждался только через WhatsApp, что выглядело странно, пришлось отдельно платить за него наличкой. Во всех других странах налоги списывались через букинг, тут почему-то отдельно. - В номере №4 на второй день появились МУРАВЬИ по всему полу. В ванной были плесень, паутина и подертая обивка кровати. Еще непонятно откуда брались комары, при том что окна были закрыты. - Самый большой минус это РАЙОН! Мы были компанией из трех девочек и чувствовали себя максимально некомфортно. Буквально за углом находилась улица с секс-работницами. Вокруг все грязное, в мусоре, воняет мочей. Понимаю, что это не вина отеля, но расположение стоит учитывать.

Location was fine When I entered the shower I noticed that something dropped on my hand from a shower head. It was a big cockroach!! Another thing that was unpleasant is the absence of a soap.

Very good stay even the breakfast crossiants amazing

In a bakery which was a 2-minute walk from the B&B, one could choose one pastry and one drink for breakfast. Delicious cornettos, There was also a good coffee machine at the rooms. A fridge was also available - very appreciated. The room was bright and tastefully decorated. In the room, there was very little surface area for placing toiletry bag, purchases, map, etc.. A low surface on which to place the suitcase would have freed the single desk for such purpose.

Clear check in details, great breakfast, quick to respond. View from balcony not great but I enjoyed sitting out there anyway

The room was very clean, the cleaner was kind and sweet. I would like to highlight that in the price the breakfast was included but in the end we paid on our own twice.

Very good location, nicely renovated room, very nice breakfast in a neighbouring cafe. There is a kitchen for the guests with coffee, tea, milk, water. Helpful host. It was a little difficult to get into the building. I rang the doorbell of someone, probably a resident who lives there and he let us in. It would have been useful to share info about check in when we communicated before our arrival.

I was very happy with the facilities and cleanliness. Only a little worry was the access street being the neighbour a car washing company.

The curtains and window shade didn’t fit the windows. The curtains were hung on a double rod without the inner curtain , leaving a gap of 3 inches so as soon as the sun rose the room was flooded with light at 6:30. Am. The shade also didn’t fit the window. We lost power twice in the morning so even more lights came on at 6:40 am - although this is a great safety measure it didn’t make for a good Sunday morning sleep. Given loudness of other guests coming in making noise at 12:30 am & 2:30am annd the issues with curtains / shade I only got about 3 hours of sleep - vacation off to a poor start.

It was very easy and pleasant to comunicate with host, tasty croissants for breakfast and in general the pasticeria where breakfast provided also have very tasty lunches for reasonably prices … Location very close to city centre and train/bus station

Hard to get up the stairs with a suitcase

Very kind and helpful host. We arrived earlier and he supported us. The room was clean and a small, shared kitchen area was also nice. Recommended place.

Nothing wrong with the facilities but gaining access was a problem as I didnt have roaming and no one was there. It is located next to the red light district. The breakfast is provided about 5 minutes away and I took a different route back and saw prostitutes at 9.30am.

Comfortable bed, clean Location

The property is in a central location cannot fault that but it was in the Main Street of mistresses of the night. There was no shower gel or shampoo. The bfast was in nearby pastizeria which was fairly close to the property. Mold in the shower.
