City Hall

Location, clean, security, good breakfast, good texting communication with staff to answer questions. We did find paid street parking but felt lucky because it's a busy, full street. ( Not expensive ) Loud road noise from windows until 10 pm. We didn't see a way to use any air conditioning, but luckily the room cooled down in evening with windows open. You should ask about summer air conditioning. ( We were there in May.)

The hotel is located next to a beautiful park and is clean It is in need of updating and new beds

The breakfast is acceptable. Host is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and very quiet at night.

The guesthouse is located around 15-20 minutes by foot from the city center. The close by Bellini gardens are beautiful.

Good location and view. Fast check in. The hotel is old and dirty. Breakfast is poor, only one type of ham and cheese with toasted bread and croissants. Banana and apple. It should be renovated because it is in a great location.

walking distance to main attractions and bus stops. the staff are all very friendly Damiano the hotel manager is super helpful.If I had a hotel I would hire him instantly I would add some salad for breakfast

Excellent city based apartments/hotel just a stones throw from the park, quiet and very comfortable, easy reach of restraints and city nightlife, the host was especially helpful, excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect. For that price we couldn’t expect more. The stuff was absolutely charming and pleasant. Room was clean, calm, quiet and with beautiful view to city park with lot of trees. There are parking places (fee) just next to the Hotel, so if you pay you can park your car just in the same street. Breakfast and coffee were also very good! Nothing :)

Location. The hotel was unclean. The room was dirty. I ate some food and within 1 hour I was shocked to find the box *covered* with ants. In addition to this, the air conditioning did not work. Despite making a loud noise, the temperature never went below 24 degrees. I was told that if it was not fixed by the end of my first day, I would be refunded for the remaining nights. The air conditioning was not fixed. There was no receptionist to chat to (everything remote) so I booked another place and returned my key. The hotel manager then informed me that they would not be refunding me, despite explicitly promising to do so the day before. I had already booked another place by this point. The hotel continued to refuse to refund me. I send the record of communications to my credit card provider and they immediatly reversed the transaction. So unless you want to stay in a hotel that is full of ants, has broken air conditioning and will actively try to scam you, avoid this place.

It's a bit dated but clean hotel and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is about 20 mins walking from the city center in a quiet zone next to a park, and we found a free parking spot down the street.

Great location and view from the window The breakfast is „Italian style” so mostly sweet pasties. They are very good but can get repetitive if you are planning a longer stay. The room could also be refreshed.

Location was ideal, also by Alibus very convenient from the airport. Good value for money. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast wasn't too bad, quite liked the fresh rolls in the morning. My only real dislike was the state of the carpets in the room, could do with a deep clean! Also could have done with a kettle, or an access to one. Little things make all the difference!
