Other people's rubbish left at top of the shower, our room was directly next to reception and exit, so was very loud and had hot water boilers outside our window that added to the noise.

Top location-very close to the main street, at walking distance to the Museum of Zoology of the University of Catania and the Botanical Garden of Catania. There are many supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The room is refreshed every day. Very good communication with the property, nice and helpful staff.

such a great location, easy to reach places. staff were super friendly. 9 minute walk to the open air market which is fantastic.! huge variety of stuff there e.g local produce, clothing. toys, souvenirs a must go. The green bar cafe for breakfast was lovely.. I wish we were here longer. super comfy comfy bed. I want one for home!! Best night sleep.

Kind woman at the reception, location is good, apartment clean, free taxi, Breakfast only one pastry out of several offered and coffee. The room is small, damp, smells of mold, needs urgent renovation. We had no water for more than 30 hours. The next day there was no water again, but only for a short time. The owner did not provide even a liter of water, at least for the toilet. There is also a problem with the sewage system, because the water drains slowly. The owner claimed that the entire block of buildings had no water, but we found out that this was not true. Only our building had no water. The door doesn't close properly and you can see the light from the hallway all night. The only things that were realistic were the pictures on the wall and the really great woman at the reception.

Location is great - a short and pleasant walk from the centre of Catania. The rooms are ok, clean and wi-fi works fine. The check-in time is strict and if you miss it as we did due to late plane, you pay extra (something not experienced before in the accommodations of that type).
