Nothing

There was construction going on out front so it made parking a bit difficult but that is not the hotel's fault.
-
Avoid booing the attic room on the top floor. There are no windows; only skylights. It felt a bit claustrophobic. Also, the elevator doesn't go up to this floor. Not a problem generally, but it's a pain to lug suitcases .
-
They have own parking garage (at extra cost) hence no need to search for parking space. Staff was friendly. No closet /drawers for clothes. We stayed with the suitcase serving as closet. The room safe was malfunctioning, the could not fix it, and did not offer even symbolic compensation.
-
A little pricey. More like a $350 per night hotel rather than almost $500 per night.
-
Beautiful Challenging finding the parking garage although staff very helpful

I stayed just for one night, but everything was super good and stylish

Upscale boutique hotel that is well situated in the center of Catania with a wonderful staff. Rooms are modern and well stocked with everything I needed for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful room, very nice staff, delicious breakfast, nice courtyard Called for a cab for us to the train station and followed through for us when it was late. There are not enough hooks in the bathroom area for towels and clothes etc

Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable with crisp white sheets and a cover it over the blanket. The room was light and breezy, even though it was small. The ceilings were high, and the curtains were long and they were plenty of windows. I also like the fact that you can open the doors to the balcony to get fresh air in the room. The thing that that was the most most exceptional were the breakfast so much to choose from and very high-quality food. Lots of different coffees and you could have a specialty coffee just made for you. The staff were very friendly and attentive when you needed them. I would go back. If there were two chairs in the double room that would be nice.

The first thought that popped into our heads was WOW! Amazing modern accommodations, easy access, friendly helpful staff and fabulous breakfast. Perfecto! There wasn’t a view of the sea. But we would stay there again.
-
First impressions. Modern, sleek, clean. And, the breakfast! All the technology of being modern can be challenging. The shower looks amazing but functionally is a bit challenging.
-
Mauro was a wonderful host who made the best breakfast. Homemade everything from his own supply. The location is walking distance to pretty much everything there is to do. Quaint charming and Perfetto!
-
The room was very spacious and new. The hotel gave me an upgrade which was very much appreciated and I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was tidy and well appointed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Clean and spacious

Our stay was very pleasant Nadia and Georgia made everything so easy for us; making recommendations and booking our shuttle. They both went above and beyond our expectations. Yes, planning on staying there again! Can’t think of anything right now! It was a joyful experience.

Habitat was an ideal home base for Catania! Raffaele and Georgia at the front desk were helpful, welcoming, and informative. The bedroom was quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was central and the food was delicious. We’d stay here again for sure! No complaints!
-
No directions on how to open windows. Decor very spartan. We had to go up stairs to our room. Inconvenient at best with luggage

Design of the room. Breakfast. The staff was A*. The cacophony of the garbage truck waking us up almost every morning at an ungodly hour - like around 5 am or thereabouts. The noise was off the charts. You really must speak the city administration about that. Regarding our room, it would have been nice to have a full length mirror and box of tissues.

It was stylish, safe, comfortable, and central to everything we needed. Nothing. It was perfect.
