Beware that there are plenty of stairs to get up to the room.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — right in the center, which made it really easy to get around and explore the area. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and the breakfast provided was decent and convenient to have. One of the highlights was how respectful and helpful the owner was. He made us feel welcome and even allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment after check-out, which was a big help. The furniture was a bit dated and the toilet made some noise from time to time, but honestly, these were minor things and didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience — we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a well-located and friendly place to stay!

Very good central location next to the theater. Good continental breakfast with plenty of fruits and you can access it all day long. Nice terrace too! Communication with the owner was very smooth.

The location is quite central and the staff is very nice. It was very cold at the whole place. Heating in the room is by a low performance air conditioning only, and it took 24 hours to reach an acceptable temperature. Taking a shower was very uncomfortable in the cold. The communal areas have no heating. We.partly chose this place because it offered a shared kitchen. The fact is there is a room called kitchen but there is no cooker, no oven, no microwave, no dishes... The only thing you can make there is tea.

Good value for a money if you looking for a cheap place but clean and at a good location.Good comunication with owners. Our room was clean and big but a little bit outdated. But good value for a money. They stopped served a breakfast.

It was perfect location, in the heart of historic center. It is also very calm inside the house. The owner waited for us even though our flight was delayed and I couldn't inform her earlier. Room is super spacious with all facilities provided. I highly recommend the Piccadilly House to everyone. Absolutely nothing

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Many stairs to get to rooms. Many locks, some difficult to get out of the building. Bathroom needed upgrade- smell, noise from pump. No window; doors opened onto. Communal balcony and patio area so needed to use air conditioning for air. Shared kitchen area with kettle and refrigerator. No microwave or cooker. Incorrect directions given regarding how to get there from the bus station resulting in 30 minutes walking on a hot day for what should have been 15 minutes.

Great central location, but still nice and quiet. Perfectly comfortable and charming. Some people might say that they didn't like that the bathroom is not an ensuite, but I'm not bothered by that. The bathroom was private and clean, just a little bit down the corridor.

Ceilings are super high, location is few minutes away from the bus, host waited for the arrival and gave us a water. Bed looked clean Not quite well maintained property. Floor was dusty, walls dirty. Shower cabin had someone's toothpaste in it. Toilet was also smelly. Place is ok for overnight stay only.

Very good location. Nice staff. Old rooms and forniture. The toilet has a weird engine system which makes some noise and unpleasant smell.
