Location was good, close to train station which is what I wanted The room was not laid out well so felt cramped. The breakfast was pretty minimal compared to others I have had so far in Sicily.

The location as excellent. Very close to sites, good restaurants and the main train station. The staff was very helpful. The room was a loft. I slept upstairs, where the hot air rises. It was only bearable with a loud, oscillating fan. The breakfast included was terrible. I found a nice place to eat out.

The hotel is a good value option, not far from the main sights of Catania and a reasonable walk (or short taxi) from the train station. The room was reasonable for our 1-night stay and allowed us to explore a bit of the city, with an easy transfer to the airport from there. The continental breakfast was good - we especially liked the warm cornetti & pastries, and the coffee & cappuccinos. The 3-person room was big and fine for one night (it had one big bed and two singles, which were small but comfortable). The single-person room we also rented was very, very small (and we are used to european standards). The hotel is basic, but as above, is decent value for a less expensive short stay. Guests should note the 3 staircases to climb to get to the hotel (no elevator) - it would not be an option for anyone with mobility issues or difficulty carrying luggage that far. The service was acceptable, but we were a bit surprised at the desk clerk's loud, prolonged shouting match with someone on her phone as we were sitting in the waiting area, a few feet from her desk. Still, we can say that service was fine overall, and we appreciated their good communication with us and help arranging our taxi.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's very easy to achieve the city attractions by foot. Also, there is a direct bus between the airport and the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty.

Staff was nice centrally located Parking in near hotel area was a disaster woke up with vandalised car broken window . Not a safe area

Nice facilities and the owners allowed us to store our bags earlier, breakfast was nice and the facilities were great. The two beds in one room weren’t the best for our family, but overall a large room, nice facilities and only a quick walk to heart of Catania. Not a bad spot overall and staff were very nice and friendly. All in the one room

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the location is really central. It is extremely noisy in the night, it is near a main road and it is very hard to sleep. The walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors. Read the description thoroughly. My room was 11 sq. m.

location only entrance, no lift

I liked the hotels traditional style, location was in the heart of town good for restaurants the opera house etc. The area was also close to the main tourist attractions. Traffic not as bad as other cities. Greek and Roman remains.........,,........................................................ Some street noise at night, in common with other Italian cities............................ . ......... .................................................... .................................... ............ .................

Not sure how this hotel has 3 stars. It’s 2 maximum in my opinion. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and basically I did not sleep all night Better mattresses also no bedside table, no head board behind bed. No bedside light

Very nice room and friendly stuff

The breakfast selection was very good. I enjoyed the cappuccino and the croissants. The location of the hotel is close to the main Duomo piazza, and not far from Catania Centrale. The signage in front of the hotel could be improved. The pavements/side walks directly in front of the hotel are very narrow. So, pedestrians are regularly stepping into the busy road.

Nothing! Horrible location! Did not feel safe! Surrounding neighborhood is full of garbage and gravity. Was told it was not safe to park in front of hotel, was advised to use a paid parking lot. Very small room. You need 3 different keys to get into your room. Air didn’t work well, not even a paper cup provided, shower was a joke! The shower head was covered with mold. Sand in the sheets ?
