It had an elevator, and a lovely terrace. The bathroom had a screen w blinds that was sort of not really working. Air conditioning was not great.

Poor communication from host.

The location in the center of Catania was perfect. The room was comfortable and the rooftop view of Etna was fabulous! We we so happy to have a ride from the airport set up before we arrived. The room was a little small, but it worked. Not a big deal.

The room is clean, stylish, and minimalist. Having the shower directly in the room is both a romantic, indulgent detail and a slight inconvenience, as the toilet and sink are in a separate space. The room features several beautifully designed lighting options. A major highlight is the breakfast terrace, offering a stunning view over the city and the mountain. Breakfast is cleverly organized as well: each room has its own locker with a neatly packed breakfast waiting inside. I arrived late in the evening during a severe storm. With a self check-in system involving some locks and codes, finding the entrance on a dark, poorly lit street in heavy rain was difficult without on-site assistance. That evening, I was informed that breakfast would not be available the following morning due to the storm. While I understood the situation, no alternative, compensation, or follow-up was offered. As a result, I had breakfast outside the next morning, even though "Good breakfast" is listed as an included amenity. All cafes were already open and operating normally, despite of the night storm. Wi-Fi was also reported as unavailable due to the storm and did not resume during couple days of my stay, with no further updates. Overall, communication and guest care felt limited under the circumstances.

The room was fine but the shower area could use a basic improvement, a small shell!

The A/C needed more cold air.

Great location, clean room, small balcony with a view It was more like an airbnb; we never met any staff, we were sent the code to open everything through text. The hotel wasn't advertised as such, we were expecting a hotel with amenities.

The rooftop terrace The blind in the bathroom did not stay up. The lampshade on the bedside lamp would tilt to the side .. broken. The door to the room was tight in the frame so would have to pull it hard and then it slams ... noisy for other guests. I left early so missed breakfast but what offerings were in the cupboards that I was told I could help myself to were barely enough or less than appealing behind cupboard doors that were also broken.

The location was great, apartment had a nice view of the city at the rooftop.

Very good location, perfect views form roof terrace. We had also great view from the balcony - we could see Etna and a piece of the sea. The manager very nice, the breakfast good.
