We’ve lived there couple of days. It’s brilliant experience. Beautiful room and super nice person. Near the center. Definitely worth the price.

Everything was good, the owner was friendly and helpful. The location is next to the city Center and bus station.

I was satisfied overall, great location, and super clean AC did not work + the windows could not properly be closed, therefore a lot of outside noise and a little bit freezing during the night.

The owner was helpful; it was possible to arrange pick up from the airport which makes things easier. It's in a good location and close to good bars and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was probably great: a super feature in the room. On another visit, I might have the time to use it. Despite the internet issues affecting my work, I would actually generally recommend this place. The WiFi was weak and unstable, averaging out at about 1-2mbps (very bad).. If I hadn't needed it for work meetings, I wouldn't have cared so if not working or streaming, this won't be a problem. The shower fixture was broken on the wall which became apparent mid-shower. Not a major issue, just should be attended to as it was clearly a structural issue.

Marcello, the host, was very friendly, and communication through WhatsApp was smooth and efficient. The accommodation met our expectations, with the room being comfortable for a short visit. If you're planning to spend a few days in Catania, I would recommend this place.

The property is situated in the center of Catania, just a few minutes walk from the Dome and the walking street. The property was well equipped and very clean Our host, Valerio was very kind and helped us in everything. He recomended a very good place for breakfast and also a great restaurant ( il gambero Pazzo- better to make reservation beacuse otherwise there is a low chance to have a free table) nearby. He also helped us to buy a pocket of sicilian cafe beans. Thank you very much Valerio! There was nothing, everything was perfect.

Great location, very close to the old town center. The host was very helpful and offers shuttle service from the airport. The apartment was neatly cleaned, we had comlimentary coffee and mineral water. Much appreciated!

I like the location the most because everything was near including duomo, catedrals, markets, restourants and the bus station which was far from the apartment about 10 minutes by walk. Also the manager was very friendly and polite always had something to recommend where to eat, which beach to visit and etc.

I want to praise the accommodation because the location is really great, the room is just like the picture, it was clean and tidy.. only the internet in the room is a little slower, but all in all a recommendation for everyone!

I recommend this property for everyone who wish to stay in Catania fof a few of days.

- no parking as promised before - stale towels - a lot of dust under the bed, which was blown all over the room when the door to the balcony was opened

Nice apartment in a great location. Marcello was very kind. We had problems with hot water and wifi but he solved all of it pretty quick.

Comfortable place, with very kind stuff, and it has nice terrace. The location is excelent, its very close to the center, but not on a busy, touristy street. I can recommend for anyone, who seeks a nice, authentic and non-luxory place to stay in Catania.

The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the historical centre with plenty of pastry shops and grocery stores nearby. The neighbourhood is quite noisy. The mattress on the bed was too soft. There is no microwave in the kitchen.
