Good breakfast. Large classic Italian room with a vaulted ceiling. Close to historic Catania and the Duomo A lot of construction work outside the building and alot of graffiti on adjacent buildings

Violeta is amazing and accommodated our every need (including a last minute taxi). She went above and beyond. Breakfast was right on time and delicious. It was a treat to have our own personal buffet delivered to our room. The location is within walking distance to the main square and other sites. We loved our stay! NA

Everything was great. Beautiful room. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast served was amazing and brought right to the room. The staff, especially Violeta, was very welcoming and helpful. We would go back. The only thing not perfect about the place was that the inside of the shower smelled a bit musty. Honestly, there wasn't much wrong with the place.

Communication could be improved. The room description on Booking.com mentions a “separate room,” but the accommodation is actually one open space with beds. It would be helpful if this was clarified, especially for families. Overall, the property feels better suited for couples rather than families.

Everything about the Naca Suite was amazing. From the incredible location, excellent hosts, wonderful breakfast, and comfortable spa bath within the room, there was nothing I could think of that would improve the suite. It's an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay at the Naca Suite

We loved the breakfast which had lots of choice, was very fresh and served on a trolley in our room at a small dining table for two. A very nice start to our day! The location was excellent within easy walking distance of everything. The car parking facility organised by the property was closeby and very safe with completely closed access. Magda was very helpful and sent us lots of instructions and information. The jaccuzzi tub in the room was a huge bonus!

When we first arrived (late at night) we were a little nervous about the neighborhood. But all our concerns resolved as soon as we walked it. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was AMAZING. Breakfast also was wonderful
