Good location for early departure to Airport. Close to several local good restaurants including and also a McDonald’s. Poor Communication! Most ABNB hosts contact you several days in advance to ease your check in. Not the case here. Parking - if you drive confirm parking in advance. I was told there was parking and when I got there at 6:30 PM I was told I was lucky there was still a spot, so I’d confirm that your parking is guaranteed before booking. Very confusing setup between our rooms and the second floor main room which has electronic surveillance and a lot of “do not touch” signs. The rooms are on the 4th floor with no lift, so be prepared to lug your bags up 4 flights. WIFI did not exist - I called and messaged my host several times about the wifi to no avail. All guests were having issues with the WIFI. TV did not work. I didn’t bother mentioning it at this point. We just wanted to wake up early and head to CTA airport. I would not stay here again.

The location was really loud and a little bit scary at night.

We loved the location! The room was comfortable and clean… The building has an enclosed, safe parking area for your car so you do not need to leave it on the street. This was a big reason for why we stayed at Frida. The breakfast was a cornetto and coffee.. Light but perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is in the center, in a really great location. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast room is super beautiful - with all the pictures and vases. It was hard to get in. I had to call reception, so they could tell me the code to open the door.
