It was dirty we got a cockroach in the restroom and we recently stayed here on 6-21-2026 finding that was disturbing and disgusting didn’t sleep good after that Our Room had a cockroach didn’t sleep well after

How beautiful it was, the room was spacious, had a kitchenette and sitting area. They have a bar, sandwiches and a restaurant on the property. We weren’t aware they have live dj on Saturdays and we were trying to nap and that didn’t work out

The Paloma is always dependable, comfortable and welcoming We didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign so we can let the cleaning staff know not to come in and clean our room. Also, when the cleaning crew came, they didn’t check if we were in the room, they just came in. When the cleaning staff cleaned our room, they missed a lot of details. They took away our bathroom floor towel, wash cloths, hand towels without replacing them. They didn’t replace our Kleenex tissue box. Also, we didn’t have body lotion available.
