Loved the rental perfect size with full kitchen definitely coming back again

Maid service unavailable. I think we were lied to by front desk staff that the room we needed was dirty and we were not able to check in until almost 5pm. When we checked out today all the cleaning items were waiting in a tub by the front door. Then day before we were to check out key cards were deactivated for gate and front door. Was told person who checked us in made a *mistake* on checkout date, the same one that said it would take almost 3 hours to clean the condo. Make sure you are specific if you need a certain kind of room, if not front desk staff is very reluctant to help.

We will be back again.

The resort has multiple pools but it seems that they only upkeep the main pool, the smaller pools were dirty and murky. Check-in time was 4:00 PM, we arrived a t 4:00 PM, and the room was not ready, and they did not give us an estimated time for when the room would be ready. We were not offered a late checkout or anything else to compensate for their late check-in. Also the fridge had items left by the previous guests.

Liked the kitchenette and Laundry facilities. Units were spacious and clean. WiFi was not working in the units our entire stay, which was not great. Carport was far from our unit.

The pools could have been cleaner. Coffee maker broken, towel holders in the bathrooms were falling of the walls. The screen from the screen door wasn’t working properly, kept getting stuck. The tires on the bikes were flat. You couldn’t change the thermostat so it was either to hot or to cold. Stayed there years ago and it was so much nicer.

Let us check in one hour early which was much appreciated Advertised as having 6 pools but they were all small individual pools spread out across a large area Very limited cooking facilities for a self catering apartment Staff indifferent to any questions about activities at hotel

It was really quiet and clean, the rooms were expansive. I liked that they had multiple swimming pools distributed throughout the property, so nothing ever felt crowded. It was a great price and close to the wedding venue. Staff was very friendly and helpful This is described as a "resort" but more accurately --- this appears to be nice condos for the 60+ set, converted into rentals. It was comfortable room, the bedroom + murphy bed + kitchen + W+D would make this good for extended stays or traveling with a baby. Otherwise, I wouldnt call these facilities "kid friendly" With that in mind--- I think the word "Resort" is generous. It was more like a condo. I had hoped for a bit more of a vacation vibe, but it is sort of a suburb. Also wish the small cafe in the "club house" still existed. Would have been nice to get a coffee or a snack without leaving the property.

I would definitely go back to Oasis again!
