The pool area is dirty. Garbage on the ground, the loungers filthy with dust/dirt and the areas around the loungers filthy. The pool water was like bath water which I guess makes sense since it’s summer in the desert but not refreshing at all. Our room smelled musty and the old purple carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. There were no comfortable chairs in the room. The bed was fine and the sheets were clean. For some reason the lights in the room are motion sensors. The one in the entryway flickered like a strobe light and couldn’t be turned off until it went though it’s flickering cycle of 3-4 minutes. We didn’t realize this until late because we were going in and out of the pool/sliding door. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that it would be triggered by our movements in bed which is INSANE. All night we were kept up by this insane light if we moved too much in bed and when we used the bathroom. I contacted the staff the next day and they didn’t care. BE AWARE they hit you with a $35 plus tax service fee on top of what you book for which they say is on the booking page which I never saw AND it was nowhere on my receipt on this site. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T STAY HERE. It’s cheap for a reason!

The staff was all very nice. Our room was pretty basic, but clean. I did enjoy that we could walk right out the back door to the patio and pool area. The pool area was not what it appears online. Small and not many chairs, all shoved in to a corner mostly. The pool filtration was broken or something, there was a nasty foam building up to the point that other patrons were trying to splash it out over the side, it was a very hot day too so it felt extra grimy being in the water. All of the ice machines for the rooms throughout the hotel were broken. Just needs some maintenance. Overall it wasn’t the worst, but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

This was a fun motel to stay at. The rooms were large and you have a patio. There are hammocks outside to relax in or the pool which was very active with a DJ. There was a grocery store right across the street which was very convient

-I booked a mountain view room. My room did have a view of the mountains, but also the street and a gas station. I think I was expecting the mountain view room to be one where you could see the pool and the mountains together. That was not it. The hotel was empty.. as stated by one of the staff. I spoke to the person at the front desk about wishing I'd had a room with a better view. She said to me "I would upgrade you to a pool & mountain view room but I don't have any right now." I asked her "isn't the hotel pretty empty right now?" She said yes, and then clarified that she can't switch my room because the others haven't been cleaned. And that was that. -The room was large, which was nice, but it looked and felt kind of dirty. The bathroom really needed to be scrubbed clean. The walls had spots and the corners had dirt and gunk. -I wish I could have requested a certain color room because the room we got had my least favorite colors -No vending machines or snack area in the hotel but there is a grocery store across that street that stays open late -The pool had a lot.. a LOT.. of dead bugs. Also, the pool temperature was slightly cooler than bath water. With that being said.. I still swam in it and enjoyed myself. The temperature didn't bother me but the bugs grossed me out. -Overall the hotel needs some upgrades and TLC.

The restaurant in the hotel basically favored the local residents. Service was slow and not very helpful.

I really wanted to love this place, especially because this was supposed to be a fun annual girls’ trip, but unfortunately, we didn’t.

This is not a kid friendly hotel. The loud music between 1-5pm at the pool made it hard to have a relaxing dip in the pool - not to mention the inappropriate lyrics for most of the music. Then you got an evening reprieve to enjoy a dip in the pool but with no food or drink offerings because they close the pool bar when the music ends. Yes, you can go get it yourself at the very nice restaurant. Then when it's time to go relax in your room before bedtime, you hear the beat of the music from the bar until midnight. Another thing to note, the property is pretty run down from when we first came here. The door knobs and toilet paper holder were loose or falling off. Rug is worn. And our toilet had a slow leak. Thankfully we spent the second day at the Palm Springs Surf Club and salvaged the trip for our son.
