Our room was perfect, the staff are so nice, we got dinner at el Jefe one night and it was so good!! We loooove the pool such a cute area !

The hotel is VERY colorful. It should be updated. The hotel wasn’t too dirty although a roach came out of a towel yikes! The DJ at the pool was great! I wouldn’t bring my kids here especially on a Friday or Saturday. Lots a partying, no complaints about that. The food was just ok to me and my husband. Overall my experience wasn’t bad but I’m sure there are better near by. Probably won’t stay here again.

We were placed in a first floor room and the walls and flooring is paper thin. We could hear the upstairs neighbors always all over the place at all hours of the night. The floor creaked like crazy. And we could hear the next door neighbors clearly. I don’t know when the hotel was built but it felt like the neighbors would come through the floor at times

Dirty room, dirty walls, thin walls you can hear your next door neighbors and there kids, expensive bar drinks ! Best part of the hotel stay was the pool party and dj. The bartender Juan was awesome he makes excellent drinks.

would not recommend staying here unless you like sketchy, dirty, hole in the wall type vibes. it was not as pictured, the dark purple carpet was disgusting, the room itself was dingy and the whole property was worn down. this place needs a serious reno, not just new paint and bright colors. my mom and I came for a girls trip and left after one night to go to a new hotel. not the relaxing vacation feel we were looking for at all. i’m convinced the 10/10 reviews are paid for.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool chairs were filthy and rusty. Pool music was too loud. Not a place for families or older adults.

Old hotel, hard to get to your room, its a maze. Refrigerator had old salad in it. Water bugs in room. They catter to outsiders, pool parties, after hours partied for non-guest. Not kid friendly.. pool not well maintained or cleaned.

Love this place

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. The only disappointing part was the day before our last day and the pool area was dirty, unattended and no towel service. They may have been understaffed that day but it was a bummer since there is an additional resort fee. We informed staff and they did waive so it made up for it. But the pool was something I had looked forward to enjoying.

Great option for a short stay!

The location was good for between cathedral City and downtown Palm Springs. The grocery store is close and so is a Starbucks. The front desk staff was rude from check in. The young lady wanted to argue with me about what I had asked for in a room. On the first night I tried to call the front desk and housekeeping both with no answer. After going to the front desk and asking for an extra washcloth it took two days for them to notify house keeping to bring them. There are no ice machines available you have to go to the bar to get ice. We also were aware that the bar/club stayed open until 2am playing VERY loud music on Friday and Saturday night. The pool was extremely full and the music was so loud you could not hear the person next to you. Drinks were being spilt on the pool as well. In the room the bathroom and hall light are on a sensor so if you get up in the middle of the night all the lights are turned on. This all became too much and felt like our anniversary weekend is ruined. This is also not a child friendly atmosphere for those with small children. The ground floor pool view room was our choice only to find out there is no pool room just brushes.
