Luxurious boutique hotel!

Perfect hotel as usual

I have visited The Parker several times and there was a noticeable difference with the staff this time. A few were outwardly rude (specifically the host at Mister Parker), the check-in team did not offer us any of the amenities that were on our booking (even after we asked...it was a simple "no", not even "let me check on that for you"). Overall, it felt disconnected from what you expect for that price point.

The spa, pool area, staff, and decor vibe were amazing!

I stayed here for a girls weekend over Mother's Day. My room's bathroom doors didn't close so had to call in Maintenance to fix it. No signage on the property to help you get around so that made it difficult to find your way if you're only there a few days. Room service food arrived barely warm and was mediocre, meat was overcooked, shrimp in the ceviche was sliced in half so you got fewer shrimp but made to look abundant; lots of lemonade flavors but the ones we tried were so sour we couldn't finish them; small pool areas, turn down service included a paper bookmark which was ridiculous for a $1200/nt room (where was the chocolate?); spa services were lovely but my robe was taken by a spa attendant when I was in the steam room with my phone in it so they had to chase it down; spa desk people had no idea about products are used in facials so couldn't help me purchase what I wanted & the facialist didn't offer to leave it at the desk to purchase on checkout, standard practice at other spas; valet was chaotic with no stand so seemed very disorganized but they were helpful in loading up all our bags from shopping when they finally did arrive. Ive paid the same amount per night at the Connaught in London and truly received 5 star service. Parker is well known but it doesn't live up to the hype and definitely not worth the price we paid. Will not stay there again.

They tried to upgrade the room for higher amount. The nobs to control water in the shower was all loose. the hotel needs some up keep not really 5 star quality for the price for sure. Not sure if I would stay at the hotel again but definitely will go back for the restaurants. Gi Gi at Norma was a fabulous waiter, he helped us customize our breakfast and was very helpful.

The hotel has a retro 50's vibe, with the lounge being full of unique, eclectic pieces of art and cosy furniture. There are many little areas in the lounge to curl up around the central fireplace or outside to meet with friends, as the atmosphere is welcoming, and homey. The rooms are beautiful, with vibrant colours, and full of essentials. A little nespresso machine with pucks would be a nice addition for that early morning hit of caffeine. There are 13 acres of property for weddings, pickleball and two pools. It's expensive but worth the high quality of experience you get.

Staff was exceptional in every area of the property. Beautifully landscaped grounds with lots of amenities. Highly recommend.

The pools are fantastic. Great food and beverages available poolside (frozen fresh lemonade is a must!). The music at the adult pool is also a nice touch. You could easily plan a trip and not leave the property it is so well curated and operated. The dining is five stars and should not be missed. If you do want to explore, I love the location right in the middle of the valley so shopping and dining are all close by.

The room was dirty. The hotel is run down. I can’t believe the price. There is so much deferred maintenance. Never again!

Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we couldn't watch the matches at the hotel, gym is woefully inadequate and small, and pool staff are poorly trained. Our food order took 40 min while other guests who ordered their food after us got served. We cancelled the order but the bill read "comped" food, how deceptive! Really wanted to like this place but won't be staying here again.

probably the best customer service, not to mention the most beautiful grounds, the hotel is beautiful. The polls are great. Staff are amazing. Would give it a 10 out of 10 food was delicious.

One of my favorites. Incredible hotel from top to bottom

The only issue we had was our reservations for dinner. Our reservations was set for 8 pm, we checked in with the hostess and she told us our table wasn’t ready. She would buy us a drink in the lobby while we waited, which was very nice. However - they didn’t seat us until 9:30 pm. Our waiter was slow and didn’t do anything to help our situation. We ordered a salad right as we sat down as we were starving - it took over 45 min to come out. I hope this is not a regular thing they do. The food was good and we ended up having a great time, but it was a rough start.
