The place had access to everything I need . It could be better if there is a fridge in the room

Air conditioner was old and loud. Overall is good though .

Good value for money. Quiet location. Dated, noisy aircondition unit. The only payment option is cash.

In cebu city center . Many restaurants laundries in the vicinity. Loud noise from corridor . No lift . Loudly AC. The name of the hotel is different ( see photo)

It was clean good air con excellent staff good WiFi and TV channel selection.

there is a seven eleven right in front of hostel, a good one with some furnitures outside to have food there there was 2x small bottles of water although warm the check-in and check-out process was fast and convenient and there was a guard at the door to help you and open/close the front door there was a really bad smell at the corridor (fortunately not in the room) there was no facilities in the room, no soap/shampoo, no fridge, no kettle there was several small cockroaches around

I like about the property is that it is cheaper and accessible to malls and other establishments I didn’t like about the property is that the floor was very messy because of the water leakage but I don’t know where it came from, the toilet bowl was not flushing well

Clean rooms, polite staff and good locality. The wall dividing my room, 206 from room 204, does not extend till the window glass. There is a gap 10 cm wide, along the whole height of the window. This means that there is no sound proofing. I was kept awake by sounds from next door, like phone calls and coughing. Insulation would be easy, quick and inexpensive. It is a shame to rent out rooms 206 and 204 in this state. Bathroom has no exhaust fan

The pillows are too old and so flat and makes me uncomfortable. Everything is good except the pillow.

Good

The location, it being near the city center so most of what you will need to go to is easily accessible, easy to get lost though and you might need to ask around if you got the right building when going to the property though. The electric sockets of the property needs to be reworked, because during our stay it was either too loose that our phone/laptop chargers fall right off or it is downright broken. Confusing to get back to the property sometimes when you are out and about and its night time, better pin it on your google maps or whatever mapping app you use during your stay. The doors also need some work to be done because it was hard to access even with a key (at least in my experience). Oh and no elevators but that could be a "me" problem

Disappointing

I appreciated the window air conditioning unit very much, as it provides fresh air into the room, what the split units do not allow. A lift would be nice.

Very close to 7/11. Room was spacious. Roosters crowing all morning and night made it quite annoying. No hair dryer or fridge or any toiletries.

It was a pleasant stay.

It’s an old property and needs a bit of updating.
