We are assigned in 6th floor with an elevator that was out of service and we have to use the stairs going down to 5th floor to access it. And too much noise during night time. We can hear all the vehicles passing on the road and every little steps outside our room.

I booked it online with the breakfast included but then receptionist says it’s not included it’s because we booked it online what a hick .

Location was great for getting to airport. Breakfast was included. Long black hairs on the bathroom and shower floors. Neither of us have long or black hair.

There was no breakfast because it was not included in our package. So far so good.

Aircon wasn't cold at all woke up multiple times during the night

Location, accessible.to public transport Air-conditioning was not cool enough. We had to call to have the water going in our bathroom. The basement parking area was dirty & full of parked motorcycles which apparently were not owned by checked in guests. Lots of mosquitoes & bed bugs. I hardly slept.

The room was spacious enough and everything was clean. Location was nice and near good food. Booking Grab seemed to be more difficult in the area compared with other parts of Cebu.

The staff ! They are incredibly helpful and will go out their way to fulfill your requests. Just the slow internet.

None , the location was not really great , we just stayed overnight . Very minimal amenities , we have to move to another room at around midnight as there was No Hot water for shower , the heater broke and no one can fixed it We had to check out early the next day to catch a trip . So it was an inconvenience for us to be moving rooms

Did not like it at all . As the saying goes you pay what you get . Being a cheap hotel . The amenities was minimal . It was an overnight stay only There was no hot water in the bathroom , we had to be move very late at night .

the blanket is very thin it is not the usual hotel type blanket that is thick and comfy, cr is dirty , the shower has stains , residue stains something like that
