Honestly, nothing. I’ve been traveling around Asia for the past 2 years and stayed in different hostels and accommodations at the same price range, and this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences. For this amount, other places usually already include better facilities like a pool or breakfast, and this was only for a one-night stay. The washroom was dirty, moldy, and had a bad smell. The rooms were mixed with long-term guests, which made the environment very noisy. The beds were also very noisy and unstable, whenever someone moved, it felt like the entire bed moved as well. The curtains barely blocked any light, the sheets didn’t feel properly clean, and overall the room was very small and dusty.

smelly room. check out is supposed to be feb 1 at midnight. but they tell you you have to check out at feb 1 at 12:01 AM. You need to understand that feb 1 12:00 AM is very far from Feb 1 12:01 AM. The first one is at the very end of the day and Feb1 12:01 AM is at the very beginning of the day!!!

Great

Bed bugs in dorms, I woke up and my body full of bites

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The prices are also fair for what you get.

There’s a policy that no children are allowed, however there was a toddler inside the room at night. The facility was noisy during weekend. There were children running and lots of people are talking very loud.

Proximity to a lot of establishment. Requested for a stool to help me go up/down to/from the upper bed as I almost fell, to which they complied. Stayed for a layover Going up and down the ladder from the upper bed is def not safe for us almost 40 (been to some co-living space so i have my comparison and have lived in one). The one who assisted me never offered to help me with my stuff going upstairs and moving them up to my bed so that's another. Got a tote and handcarry luggage; I can manage but an offer wouldve been appreciated. Also, upon enterring the room even asked me where my bed is when she shouldve known (or is this not part of their job). nwei, I was the one who found it. These can be improved though. A little hospitality and smiles from staffs? they just seem unmotivated..

I like the location of the area. Staff were all alert and accommodating despite the 24hour shift. The bed in the room is comfortable and the room was cool enough to sleep in. Shower area could be better, there was no table or shelves where clothes can be placed, shower area was dark, and the shower handle (on/off) was difficult to navigate, entire shower room was too tight // bunk beds in the female dormitory was too high and a bit dangerous since there is a storage attached (in metal) so if you climb up and do not be cautious there is a tendency on hitting the storage bin with your head since it was quite a challenge to climb.

Friendly staff

Toilet was downstairs and you need to walk from room during the night

Lack of security. People can come and go easily unnoticed. I suggest hiring a security guard for protection.

the comments were true, it is the best place to stay if you're looking for a place where you can work as well... since they do have enough space for using your computer... food is also great for me. :) i guess my only complain is the door of the other cr opens inward vs outward... but its no biggie... overall my stay here is awesome

I don't like it, I LOVE IT! The ambiance is just so welcoming! The co-working space here is a must for every digital nomads or freelancers like me. It has unlimited coffee, wifi, and cozy place to stay late while doing work. The staffs are very accommodating and it has complete basic utilities, shower and toilet. Their food are affordable and they are open 24/7.

You need to bring your own lock to use the lockers. The hostel doesn't provide locks and none of the shops nearby sell locks. My first night out I had to take my backpack with laptop and passport out on the town. Not ideal.

- Good location - Very cheap - Very fast wifi in co-working space - Clean bathroom - Checkout is 24 hours after you check in, but they don't tell you that when you check in. If you overstay that 24 hours, they'll charge you per hour. I asked for an early check-in and was told that was no problem, but wasn't told about their checkout policy at the time. I ended up needing to check out and race to find a cafe where I could do my work, so I didn't incur extra charges from my stay. Highly dishonest. - I was told before I checked in that it would be ok to talk while I worked in the co-working space. It's the entire reason why I chose to book this hostel, since I need to talk at length for my work. I let the front desk know about this, and they said it would be ok. After checking in, I began to work, making sure to keep my voice as quiet as possible to be respectful of the other workers, but was told that I would need to be silent while I worked or leave. I ended up having to move to a non-airconditioned hallway so I could complete my shift. Again, highly dishonest. - The beds are uncomfortable. - There is an overpowering mildew/mold smell in the rooms.

IT FELT LIKE A PRISON. They didn't even have a locker, literally gave you a piece of sheets and called it a blanket. The bathroom was crusty and stinky and gross. STAY AWAY AT ANY PRICE PLEASE!!!

They didn't have some of the services available that I've become accustomed to since backpacking, like tour accommodation and laundry.

They could improve shower areas to have hooks or floating shelves to hang clothes or place toiletries. But overall, the experience is great.
