Privacy is great for the price. Location is good, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Bathroom is a little dirty, but fine.

I need hotel with elevator..I was given ground floor room..I accepted but when I smelled awful in and mosquitos I wanted to sleep..just arrived from the airport.No one help me to checked and do something to remove the insects mosquitos..so I decided to leave.

ROOM TOO SMALL

Some staff are very ignorant, a young woman in particular with glasses. Asked me at least 5 times what I work in and kept asking every other day. That was very annoying and very uncomfortable after asking so much.

There's a smoking area at the end of the hallway but the smell of smoke still goes in the building. I suggest they put a designated smoking area maybe 30 or 40 feet behind the hotel. Or not allow smoking at all in or near the hotel. Some of the workers are great at communicating but some I feel their English is very limited. Making it difficult to communicate at times.

Location only First unit had lots of ant ? Second unit full of cockroaches ? I complained but they made it worse I didn’t even get my money back I told them to cancel they said no and changed room to worse
