Accesable and peaceful Is that no slippers

Location-wise, this place is ideal for those traveling to south since it’s near the South Bus Terminal. So unprofessional. I arrived at 10 pm, tired from flight, yet the room wasn’t ready by then yet. No one was at the reception desk. When somebody finally answered me, they had to fixed the room first. This is not a good place for travelers.

The location of the dorm is just near in my training center The lavatory valve is broken. Water leaks into the toilet

Staff are friendly. Cheap accommodation. Bad location. Room smells moldy due to poor ventilation - no windows. Ants and cockroaches. The toilet was broken and no mirror. Very disorganized. I had to switch rooms twice because they messed up their booking.

No tv and the cr is leaking

There is no television in the room and no supplies like shampoo and soap even the small ones

It is a below average stay, the room is very small with bare minimum facilities. The toilette is smelly and sometime water too have bad smell. In the property entrance water is clogged from the laundry which could damage luggages. The area is also not safe late night.

The place is too hot and the space is too small

Awful No wifi, constant noise, only cold water. Tried to scam, reported no show, so they do not have to refund. I actually stayed 1 night, complained of breach of contract due to unacceptable conditions.

Cheap and has a good location We book for two days because our arrival in Cebu is 5am and departure will be 10pm on the same day .We messaged the property ahead of time that we will check in late but they didn’t replied . When we arrived at 5am they told us that their check in is 2pm. If we can’t check in that time what’s the point of our first day ? But then they allow us to check in . But the room was so dirty and sheets wasn’t change . It was only by 1pm that the room was cleaned.

I like the place not on a crowded area so I feel comfortable, very clean, peaceful and very accommodating staffs .

Cheap and simple. Perfect for waiting a few hours for the night ferry. No drinking water (the water tower was broken — unacceptable for me)

The price and location of the place The bathroom is extremely uncomfortable and small, an unpleasant smell coming from the drain pipes. Room small

There's cat poop outside my door, and the bathroom is not cleaned properly.

Budget friendly dorm.

Peaceful place, Air-conditioning rooms. Some tenants dump food waste on common sink.
