Spectacular view of Cebu City. Some issues with the shower, and water is leaking in the bathroom.

The property was ok. There was nothing outstanding about it that will make me want to stay there again in the future. The towels looked old and dirty. There was no tissue box in the room. The lights in the bathroom were dimmed. There should be a towel rack by the bathroom counter. The selection of food for breakfast was limited and some items in the menu were not available. The toasted bread looked like a hollow block.

Honestly location only The place dosen't deserve the 4 stars anymore place needs repairs..there was no water at a point and we never had hot water. The towels were old with stains. The pools one was open but mediocre the other one was empty and really bad condition. They also asked for 1000php deposit that wasnt mention in the booking app. They dont reply to your messeges in the app at all so don't bother

Location was good and the rooms were nice and big. Check in was delayed by 45 min, and when we ask for a knife to cut a mango the staff communication wasn’t good and they couldn’t help us. Seemed ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly and professional. There was mold in the corners of the shower. The a/c didn't cool the room. There wasn’t a breakfast buffet. I had to order off the menu and several items I wanted weren't available including orange juice.

I recommend this hotel for convenience, clean and great staff. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was a la carte order from menu and good and all you can eat. Checked in at 0200 am after long flight from USA, first room had clogged shower drain and flooded the bathroom a little, but staff was prompt to move us to another room. The facility is clean and convenient to the airport and ferry port. Pool is closed, facility is dated and needs some basic repairs.

Our first room’s AC was not working and we waited and waste 3 hrs of stay inside a hot room before we transfered in another room but the stay after that was good

Location. The staff were very courteous and friendly. 19th floor is very dark at night when you transfer to the elevator going to the hotel rooms. Kinda creepy. Bathroom light lacks brightness.

Hotel is aged. Pool down. Was probablya 4 star hotel years ago.. Great value....but those changes aren't enough to maintain a hotel that size. No hot water was a big negative

Near Sinulog NO HOT WATER!!!!! Old old Towels, To get to higher floors need to take 2 separate elevators, No 2nd key, No extra towels, downstairs restrooms dark dingy & down right dirty!

The staff were friendly. Always chatting with us and being it was a sinulog they were very nice. I booked a parade room, the windows were dirty. They were fingerprints and dirt on the window. There was no hot water. Showering was very unpleasant. The water in the shower did not drain well spilled into the rear of the bathroom rendering the rest of the bathroom very wet. The safe did not work and took them few hours to fix the battery problem. The foods during breakfast was cold. I wanted to book another room after sinulog and the front desk couldn’t help me so I ended up booking through booking.com.

Room was clean many things were good like the bed and pillows. Safe did not work and was not bolted to the cabinet (very un acceptable) The staff was very attentive and friendly and went out of their way to help The Gym had lots of Old equipment, No Water, and Hot and Humid like workout in the Jungle (awful)

I like in the 12th floor, for overlooking in Cebu City, the bathroom is clean, we pay for additional person to stay with us, but they're not able to add more towels, glass, pillows etc. The bathroom is dusty, and don't have enough bath tissue for refills.
