The public areas are nice,and well maintained. The guest rooms are large, but very outdated. You can tell the age of this hotel (25+ years) by the aging showers and bathrooms

The rooms need upgrading…first room assigned to us smelled like some sprayed something, electric wires exposed, bathroom had grouts that appeared badly finished. When asked for a replaced room, staff gladly assigned another room. The replacement though better but shower had shower head that had little to no water and ant times even no hot water. Bottom line I don’t recommend this hotel…u should remove from ur list since could ruin ur reputation. The rooms need upgrading…see comments above.

It was okay but needed more updates and work. The bathroom has a lot of cracks including the sink and the tub. There’s not enough lights. The light were the coffee was, it wasn’t working and so as the lamp. The a/c doesn’t work well and it’s hot inside. And yeah no hot water at all.

The location is good and staff well friendly manner The deem room light is annoying of the eyes... should not be deem must be indoor light..

It's walking distance on the way to Ayala. Ahhh a little bit aged some of the things, the AC it's quite old and not to cold. The room is bit dark and the curtain is dusty ?

Location is convenient. Room smells of old age, A/C unit is noisy, bathroom setup is kind of dangerous when your standing on a bath tub taking a shower cause you may slip.

It was okay the staff i like the most very accommodating and friendly The tub was not working, there was no kettle in the room had to rest for it. No food menu in the room.

They were doing some repairs in front of our room and it was very noisy, the sound of drilling and round blade thingy. We weren't able to have a good sleep. Also no cover for the bathtub drainage.

Hot in the elevator and hallways to your room. It's not what I remember this hotel 13 yrs ago.
