Cleanliness + Staff! Hotel is well-maintained. A bit small, but for the price, the value is superrrrrrrb!!

Pros: Clean and friendly staff. Plated breakfast available. A Jollibee and Red Ribbon nearby. Cons: No complimentary bottled water but there is a water dispenser right beside our door entrance. There are cups but no complimentary coffee, hahaha!

Only the location. We checked in late and the place itself was not welcoming at all. When we enter our room, you can hear the outside noise of the water dripping from the AC. Called the reception and they told me all rooms were built like that, hence it wont make any difference if we'll move to another room. Then the struggle continued... The toilet room's doorknob was broken and I was stuck inside. Outside person needs to open it for you.We called them and the lady who assisted us advised us to use 1 peso coin to squeeze it. Their sink clogged, the water pressure of their shower was really poor. I used the faucet instead. The room curtain was too thin, of course you cant sleep longer. Their supposed to be comforter didn't deliver comfort as they only have fleece blanket for the size of 1 person. The breakfast is normal, and their hot chocolate is not included, you have to pay for it. They didn't display their bread, so, you have to be proactive as they wont offer it. This is the first bad review I ever wrote. See pictures for your ref. I have a lot but cant post more pics tho.

Customer service was good. The location was good. Had to ask for more toilet paper and towels as this was not restocked. There was no duvet just a thin blanket which is usually used when sitting on a couch watching tv.
