Staff are very helpful and friendly. The basic room is small with no windows but an upgrade to the deluxe is well worth the extra few dollars/pesos. Breakfast was above average and this place is a great location if you want to view the sights. We had no complaints regarding this hotel, will definately return when back in Cebu Can't really think of anything

The only issue was that the room had no windows, which made it feel a bit like being underground and somewhat suffocating. Also, the air conditioning was a bit loud and could use some checking.

Close to massage, local restaurant (try Nanays Filipino restaurant around the corner, great food and value) Hotel only serves breakfast, and that is very good. Close to shops, transport, easy access to city centre. all good

The location was near several malls and restaurants and other tourist attractions. The room is quite spacious for a solo traveler. The room's lighting is a bit dark and you need to book a higher tier room to have a window.

I will pass on this. The staff are attentive tho. Misleading pricing. There was no prepayment because at the over-the-counter payment at the hotel , they will add the "taxes" to the total. The price in booking dot com is not the final price.

The breakfast choices were limited and mostly Filipino but we still enjoyed.

We like the location and the Staff!!! They were amazing, helpful and courteous. We were looking for fruits and veggies to complement the breakfast but only traditional breakfast were available.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, water was hot. Loud in hallway very echoing of sounds so bring your earplugs. There was some construction contributing and workers in hallways.
