We booked for two nights but we transferred to another hotel the next day. All the amenities were old, shower head was broken, sheets were worn out and the fridge was not working. They gave us a room smaller than what i booked. Instead of getting 2 queen beds they gave us 1 queen bed and a folding bed. They eventually transferred us to the right room and staff were helpful. We choose the hotel for the location, it could have been a nice stay if they made some renovations and upgrades.

Clean, close to the mall. Staff doesn’t know system; they promised to refund some amounts to my credit card but to no avail.

Location is good, close to bars and restaurants. Hotel is a little dated but good value

Price is good for the location, although the hotel is dated. Comfortable enough though.

The bathroom and some furniture was very tired and outdated in our room. Water pressure was very low for Cebu. Door to the bathroom stuck constantly and needed repair, it was also very noisy when opening or closing. No kettle or coffee supplied in the room, TV was a CRT version from the 90's. The hotel only supplies 1 key per room, which is needed to power the electricity. No one can leave separately if you are a couple and need a key, because the power will be stopped when you remove the key.

Nothing Filthy bath tub, the room smells like mould. The restaurant that there's only two meal choices available in the menu. Aircon takes time before it become cold.

the location was very good, have a mall and supermarket a couple of blocks from the hotel, which is nice and help you to save a bit, there a good amount restaurant, coffee places and fast near by as well. The aircon was pretty bad would make the room very cold or do nothing, so I had to turn on and turn off from time to time, the bathroom was pretty bad too, the shower had no pressure and precision, bathtub is basically unusable too.

No hot water for baths. Hot water should be available 24/7.
