Huge beds. Clean sheets. Roof deck is a plus. They don’t have a family room (we were a family of 3), so I had no choice but to book two separate rooms for two nights, and I requested that the rooms be adjacent or beside each other. However, my request wasn’t granted, and my daughter had to be away from us. The air conditioning in one room was defective, so we had to transfer to a different room. It took them four hours to settle us into the new room. We spent my daughter’s birthday dinner at their Roof deck, and requested if they have a slice of cake or atleast a cupcake, where we can surprise and sing happy birthday for my daughter, but they have none. They don’t even have dessert in their menu. we cut our dinner short because they have very limited food in their menu. They also ran out of pizza ( said it was all ordered by 1 guest). Location can be quite tricky. No blower provided in the room. Restroom tiles are rusty

The property was clean and fancy. Room had a veeeery comfy bed, good clean little bathroom and beautiful views The food was horrendous. I didn’t have their off the menu restaurant food so can’t speak of that But I went to a buffet dinner of my first night as I was exhausted. The prawns tasted powdery and old and I’m pretty sure the chicken wasn’t fully cooked Went to the breakfast and everything “hot” in the buffet was luke warm to cold and seemed like it had been there for hours. (Same as dinner) even the rice was dry and chewy. Ended up not going to any of the other breakfasts. Didn’t want to risk getting sick Also lost a couple point in the rating as my aircon, effective by sounded like a helicopter taking off right next to my bed

Pool was ok but 5 sun beds to cover a 30 floor hotel is not enough Breakfast selection poor, facilities in general poor, food at the hotel expensive in comparison

The pool and rooftop The booking system are not automatic charges the breakfast buffet,its hard to find the location because its a resident area, they need deposit 2000 pesos when you check in when infant i pay 10,000 for 2night for 4adult.

The staff and employee are nice and corteous,they are all helpful and attentive.Pool is nice,360 view of the deck is pretty cool but food needs to be improved,services can be better at the restaurant as well,food was served one plate at a time and some food was served after everyone had finished eating. Some of the rooms are outdated,2/4 rooms we availed had to be transferred, our room stank of sewer,airconditioning stopped working and the lay out of the room did not make sense,our first room in the 35th floor had barely light in it,one small light in the bathroom that sits behind you when you face the mirror giving you a creepy face,some of the doors open inwards to the sink so you can’t use the sink with the door open.

I am glad I booked the bedroom suite, it was very spacious. My whole extended family hanged out and we all enjoyed bonding in the room.

360 sky deck :) very relaxing. Elevator takes a bit longer to wait. And we had one incident on the left side elevator from Lower Ground that when we were on our way back to our floor (23) , we dropped one floor down. The elevator did not move up , screen showed we are on floor 10 and we got lucky we managed to get out , and we we were on FLOOR 9. We were scared as we were with our 3 kids in it. The food in the restaurant , i think need improvement. First day of our arrival, we ordered lots of food but did not enjoy. Some food we ordered seems reheated or it was cooked from frozen.

Good location close to IT Park. Food shops most white cabs know where it is and tours can pick you up from there. Constant fire alarms going off at random times. breakfast made me ill even though it was included eat else where. Staff send you e mails and print them with fines and reminders of fortnightly pest control. No hot water.
