my room didnt have a window but I knew this going into it, this is ok

The location and the main square was reachable by foot. You felt safe inside the hotel and there was a security guard outside at all times. The staff were all nice. Firstly so many people (men) hung out just outside the hotel playing some games. They did this all day. They weren’t harassing us or anything but could make you feel unsafe. The room was very very dirty only clean thing was the bed. The floor has never been washed. Feet, towels anything touching the floor was black after. Bathroom was small and the drain in the shower couldn’t drain at all. Also the bathroom smelled so bad of pee it was horrible. We didn’t try the breakfast, we heard there were three different options chicken etc.

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel so clean and comfy. Secure kaayo sa rum with alarm pa ung door,overall nice experience with my husband None

the pillow is too hard and tall to use, that made us feel uncomfortable to sleep. the wall is so thin that all the noise from streets and conversation at the outside can be heard. the toilet is small and need fragrance/scent (it’s kinda unpleasant smell)

Staff very accomodating Nothing

Staff I was in the room 112. Room was unbeliveable disgusting, I can not believe that someone would rent that room. Walls are in horrible condition, the sheet was dirty and the bathroom was just disgusting. I definitely do not recommend this.

Staff are amazing and very attentive if you have a problem Water was provided in water container hot and cold Room was very clostrophic and toilet doesn't flush properly. Also the hotel is very noisy with kids and you can hear when people are eating breakfast and people re always shouting and slamming doors.

The sraff are nice and helpful and the place is just walking distance to Robinsons supermarket and few minutes ride to church.

Although the photos showed a room with windows, the room I was given had no windows. The room was pitch dark and smelled of damp. It was even hard to breathe.

There are only three things. Because it's a small room, there is no wardrobe or a small cabinet available. I do wish there was one during my stay. My bathroom also drains too slowly so I ended up with a clogged bathroom floor after I showered. Lastly, they are a little too loud with their music outside. They don't play music at night though, so I still had a good sleep. Still, I guess they have thin walls because I can hear people from outside.

Breakfast is ok since its free., and the hotel is so clean. it is better if you can put small table inside the room for laptop for working guest with an outlet for the laptop charging.

nothing We got a luxury room because the room we booked was taken. However, that "luxury" room did not meet the basic requirements - the room smelled so much of mold that it was difficult to stay in it and had to be aired out first. The bathroom smelled so much of mold that I wasn't sure if I should go into that bathroom or not shower at all that day. I saw the breakfast, but I didn't want to eat it because it looked awful, and the hot dogs looked like they had been sitting in the sun for days.

This place is pretty amazing, this gives a “home-y” vibe. I literally enjoy the place, the location is great, the staff are very polite and consistent. The place was all-in-all is awesome!
